The moment I landed in Hyderabad and told the auto driver to take me to this hotel, the way he responded was - madam go to another family hotel, don't go there..... not just from one auto driver by two different auto drives told this and refused to take me to this lousy , poor service, dirty ,run-down hotel. At that early hours of 4.45 am in morning, this OYO hotel, tells me and my family to search for another hotel. I tried contacting OYO customer service center but no luck. We had to search another hotel at 5 am in the morning. Later after persistent followup, OYO refunds just the part of the payment and not the entire payment. I don't understand on what basis did they refund a part payment instead of the full payment. Being a OYO property i am surprised how can OYO give surprises to guest like this??? Looks like OYO is not concerned about what's happening at each of its properties... Booking.com should not entertain properties like these as this may spoil your reputation. At that early hours of 4.45 am in morning, this OYO hotel, tells me and my family to search for another hotel for our stay in Hyderabad. I tried contacting OYO customer service center but no luck. We had to search another hotel at 5 am in the early morning hours. Reason given by the front desk person is that - search for another hotel as there is no water in the hotel.
