There are smokers , I don't know if staff or guests are smoking, , I get cigarette smell when I enter the bathroom and no fridge.

Centrally located with many food places and sites located nearby. Room was clean, bathroom was stocked with shampoo/soap/towels, was quiet at night, bed was comfortable- was a great stay for me 2 nights as a solo traveler. Nothing, all was good.

Location probably Hotel room was dirty. Bathroom was stinking. Found cockroaches in the room. Bed corners were not covered so while walking you would cut yourself. It never felt like the staff was working for a hospitality company. Very unprofessional. Hotel Parking was not sufficient. I got a fine because I parked it outside in the night. They told me they would move the vehicle inside in the morning which they didn’t. My car almost got towed.

Good staff. They helped me even buy water from stores outside. Decent value for money. Water dripping from ceiling in the bathroom. Dirty floor. Do not walk with your footwear off. Dirty cups. It wasn't washed. Dirty Kettle.

The bed was comfortable. Only one small elevator for so many rooms makes you have to wait for a long time. The only floor that is clean is the lobby... The restaurant, and even our room and bathroom was never properly cleaned. In fact when we arrived it was incredibly dirty. We were given the key to the room and when we arrived there were no towels, no toilet paper... We had to ask for everything and they took forever to bring it. The room was loud because of the street, but also loud "ambiance" music in the hall and laughs and conversations of other guests. Breakfast was very disappointing. To finalize, we had a bag of purchases we had made inside our room. This bag, disappeared while we were away. We thought it was stolen. We talked in the lobby and they said it was in the lost and found. We got it back. Yes, it wasn't stolen... But, how did something that was inside our room with our stuff get to the lost and found?? Someone else "lost it" and it was most definitely NOT US. This incident affected all our plans and was very inconvenient.
