Absolutely nothing. Location is somewhat acceptable. 1. Almost full day disruption of electricity in the room and had to spend time outside and at lobby 2. No regular cleaning of the rooms and corridor. We had to go down each time two to three times to remind on this. 3. Other than hotel manager all staffs especially the reception guys were rude and a complete misfit for the hospitality industry 3. There were disruptions of water in the toilet 4. No restaurant 5. By the by due to some urgent work we had to extend 2 nights stay at the hotel. Since we had 3 suitcases and 2 trolley bags we didn’t want to change as it will be additional stress to repack the bags, check out check in etc. We extended our stay for 2 nights. Incidentally they offered cheaper rate of Rs.1600/- per night 6. bedroom linens were dirty and not clean 7. There were issues with TV during our stay
