Once upon booking they denied the room quoting no room available

Responding of your receptionist is behaviour, that is the reason for not stay in your hotel.

The property was near to all the hotels, bus stops and metro stops and all types of things we need to access in a minutes The bed sheets was not washed well and for hot water every time we need to inform to reception
