Room is very small and no other facilities provided in the room for keeping the belongings of guest. This is only one discomfort which is Major one and for this i am not booking 2nd time in future

Front office/Reception : Ms. Pallavi was exceptionally helpful and friendly and ensured that Check-in and our stay was comfortable. Ms. Anjana also from the Front office/Reception helps us out, smiling at all times. Ms. Maltina helped us with our Breakfast and Dinner. Very friendly and very service oriented. I have not seen any young lady working so hard with a smile. During Breakfast, she is all over the place, helping everyone, Never idle even for a minute. God bless them. Good Team. Stay was good value for money. Breakfast spread was not to the level we find in Holiday Inn Properties, maybe as this is Holiday Inn Express. Room size was small, maybe as this is Holiday Inn Express.

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and outrage regarding my recent stay at your hotel. The experience was nothing short of appalling, and I am shocked that a property associated with a major brand such as IHG would operate under such unacceptable conditions. From the moment we entered the room, we were hit with an unbearable odor — a putrid, stale smell that made it impossible to breathe comfortably. The room was filthy beyond belief. Dirt and dust were everywhere, and to our horror, there were bugs crawling around the floor and bedding, creating serious health and sanitation concerns. The bathroom was in disgusting condition — uncleaned, stained, and moldy. To make matters worse, there was no hot water, making it impossible to shower or properly use the facilities. This is absolutely unacceptable for any guest, let alone members of a family associated with a Member of Parliament, who were traveling with us and were appalled by the disgraceful state of the accommodations. We felt unsafe, unwelcome, and completely misled by whatever standards your hotel claims to maintain. This was by far the worst hotel experience I have ever encountered. I demand a full refund for our stay. If this matter is not resolved immediately, I will escalate the issue by filing a formal complaint with IHG corporate, and will not hesitate to report the unsanitary conditions to the local health department and other relevant authorities. We trusted your hotel with our comfort and safety — and that trust was completely violated. I expect a prompt and satisfactory resolution to this complaint within 48 hours. Looks like the corridor were being renovated so the floor base was not there. Looks unfinished. The room had a drywall patch thay could have been a little closet but it was being patched. It also looked unfinished. There was no slipers. The carpet in the corridor was awful. I had 360 wheels and it was still hard to pull my suitcase. They should change their flooring to make it easier for people with suitcase/ luggage.
