It's a lovely hotel. Food was good, seems to have improved from the last time we had dinner here. Breakfast was lavish and excellent. The swimming pool is superb. The staff all round were gracious--Sajid at the pool was especially welcoming and helpful. The package of breakfast plus dinner that we took (along with the room) came at a good price overall. An extractor or exhaust fan in the bathroom would be an advantage.

Amazing service. The staff is very attentive and always try going the extra mile to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Great breakfast spread as always. The one thing that has remained consistently great in the breakfast is the banana cake, I look forward to having it whenever I stay here.

The overall ambience and facilities were good but what makes the stay great is the behaviour of the staff. From the bell-boy to the managerial staff, the warmth and smile along with professional expertise made the stay memorable. The TV was too smart for me to handle

This hotel was as close to perfection a hotel can get, in my opinion. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful with everything .Room was spotless. Breakfast buffet; number of choices available where unreal. /

Room service was excellent. Housekeeping staff, Jatin, was prompt and did a wonderful job. The dining room staff were also very courteous and helpful.
