Staff were good Cleaning should be done. Bed sheets were felt like used and not cleaned for 4-5 days. So I felt like vomiting.

I'm asking to send plates but reseption person told to me we r not provided any plates and spoons u r paying very less amount that's why we can't provide spoons then I'm arguing then he send plates only no water bottle and no spoons and he's behaviour also not good rooms are clean and good but reception person behaviour is not good also I'm paying 1084 rs this is not a less amount tha website showing this amount Change the reception person then that property will see more profits

I have received booking confirmation when i booked three days before the date of arrival. But When I called them after landing in Hyderabad, they said booking is not available.

There is nothing to say about the hotel. One of the worst hotel i have seen. No maintenance. You will get vomit if you stay here. No cleaning, lots of bed bugs. Staff was not cooperating. Even they can't provide minimum necessary things. You can say this is ghost house.

Didn't opt for breakfast. No comments, not sure if there is breakfast available Dirty sheets, suffocating room, out-of-shape mattress, no keys, and non-responsive management, literally unexpected.

Nothing Receptionist pocketed the money; Fan TV and AC not working; stinking smell; no lock and hence no privacy
