Manager response is nice Friendly staff First they allotted a room which is very nice but full of ??? cockroaches, please pay attention in cleaning before check in.some time shifted to another room which is very nice and pleasant. The morning staff response is very late. Parking is available but very difficult to bring out the vehicle because attendent was not available yet times to help.

Maybe cost, but had little time to explore, would have preferred other place Dirty bathroom, no stool in bathroom, no place to hang clothes, staff says that's it. Changed room, no hot water in other room. Same experience with my colleague who was in another room

The location was near where I wanted to be for a family emergency. The hotel had breakfast options. Wifi was good. The room had AC. Stayed with Treebo Bangalore several times before. The room was tiny with no space to walk around at all. The staff were shabby. The sheets and towels were unclean. Dinghy and smelly room. Booked for 3 days but could not stay for more than 2 nights. The manager refused to refund one night despite knowing the problems. He asked me to contact Booking.com for refund. When I asked to stay the extra day as I didn't want to lose money, he refused mentioning that he had checked me out and would not give refund or let me stay. When I called Treebo headoffice, they approved the third night after about 2 hours. By that time they approved, I had moved to another hotel. Rest assured we will avoid Treebo henceforth. By no means my review is based on the manager's behaviour.

Actually nothing Both booking.com and treebo took me for a ride providing a substandard hotel for stay .. obviously the ratings were rigged one and not fact..it was full of mosquito, dust, no toiletries, dirty linen, loud music from gym below, poor breakfast, checked out a day before and fled the place.. money lost big time as the price was high for this room

Stayed in standard room. value for money. Good breakfast.multiple items are there in breakfast this makes us to eat daily.for lunch and dinner we ordered from swiggy. Free internet and tv. Clean rooms. 24/7 front desk. They are very good and helpful. Actually I decided to stay 3nights but when check out day came i extended my stay for two days to spend more time in hotel.
