Itsy Hotels Arastu Inn

Only location, as all places are near by. The staff and manager were uncooperative and not helpful at all. The parking area is extremely congested and unsuitable even for compact cars. If someone parks behind your car, it becomes impossible to remove it on time, and the staff refuses to help resolve the issue. Their answer like "kon gadi lagaya nahi pata, ab mai kya kar sakata, sare rooms me call kar ke ya jake nahi puch sakta." Despite booking a room with breakfast included, I was told on arrival that breakfast was not part of my booking. The rooms also have no proper ventilation, making the stay uncomfortable. Overall, a very disappointing experience.

Nothing cleanliness, stink smell, dirty bed sheets and pillows, overall very bad

Parking was bit difficult. Hotel doesnt have its own restaurant and there are very few at a bit of walkable distance. Everything was good except this part.

The hotel cancelled n us as they wanted a pre payment when the agreement was pay on arrival

It was very bad behaviour by reception & we had postponed our stay & convey same via mail.but no response from hotel and booking.com also, on our arrival we had called the property to get check in, property said our booking has been cancelled, even after paying our half amount... We bad service and bad and arrogant behaviour by hotel reception...

Room Food

The rooms were okay but no food facility, not even a cup of tea or coffee. Complimentary breakfast was given in a way you get food in hostel. They were having problem serving food. Not even a hot water kettle in the room. The location was pathetic.

Location - its closer to destinations but on a very noisy dusty poorly maintained road. Very lower middle class location. Breakfast is definitely bad. They hand it out to you on a plate. There is no choice. You take what they have got. They order it from outside as they do not even have a kitchen. Even the tea/coffee was really bad. And they will give it to you in tiny paper cups and that too only half way. Better to eat outside. The windows open to other room windows. Its so for all rooms. You have to keep your curtains drawn all the time. The toilet could have been better.

The hotel was very clean and i really loved it. If i ever visited hyderabad again this hotel will be my first priority. All good, no issues

Booking and cancellations is delay

City Center Many The road is too bad because of some repair. Looks like it will take a few years to complete. Full dust on buildings, vehicles, hotel lobby. Dining Hall full of dust from the road, they don't bother to close the window also.. Construction (Excavation) work was going on at the adjacent property. Work was being done at night. Full noise of heavy earth moving machines. Not a strict policy in hotel. Neighbour rooms occupied by some wedding family visitor disturbed entire floor by talking loudly with open doors. Intercom not working. Hot water is not available at night. Unhygienic location suitable for only a particular community. There are many more but I guess the above points give a picture of how worst the hotel was.

Disappointing

No handbook or proper explanation of room facilities like hot water kettle or wifi password or drinking water etc. Had to ask reception each time. There was another function that was held on the roof top, was noisy.

The location was perfect, easily accessible to every point of attraction inside the city. Everyone knows this location, so communicating with the auto and taxi drivers was easy. The rooms where clean and the staffs where very helpful and friendly. For this budget we where very much satisfied with the stay. Complimentary breakfast was provided, which was not up-to the mark. Very oily and we didn't like the taste and texture of the food. But this is my personal opinion. Other might like the food.
