Radisson Hyderabad Hitec City

Location is convenient. Room is very dirty, badly decorated. Breakfast is not fresh. Internet connection is very bad. Front desk people confirmed 1:30pm check out time, but later keep on calling 10am and asking us check out 12:00.

NOTHING WE PAID 15 K FOR THE ROOM AND IT DID NOT INCLUDE BREAKFAST, WE HAD OVER 5 ROOMS FOR OUR FAMILIES AND THESE GUYS DO NOT EVEN HAVE THE COURTESY TO OFFER COMPLIMENTARY BREAKFAST, SERVICE IN THE ALL DAY DINING WAS ABYSMALLY SLOW. OVERALL A VERY POOR EXPERIENCE, ROOMS WERE UNTIDY AND BATHROOMS WERE NOT SPOTLESS.

What I liked about my stay at Radisson Hyderabad Hitec City was the comfortable rooms, efficient service, and the overall pleasant environment, which made my short stay enjoyable. Since my stay at Radisson Hyderabad Hitec City was very short, there wasn’t enough time to experience any significant drawbacks, so I didn’t encounter anything I disliked.

Location is good and food is ok Old hotel, room size smaller, house keeping was not maintained enough towels, soaps

The stay was comfortable. We really like it. Bhano and his team treated us well. Will visit again.

Nothing despite confirmed booking, they did not provide me a room. They mentioned 'overbookings' as the reason and 'system error' which randomly cancelled guest bookings without any notice or information. It was 12 midnight and I had to spend 2 hours to find another accommodation as all the other hotels in Hyderabad were also full.

Room door lock was getting opened without Key! Felt highly unsafe. Even after the complaint was registered, staff didn't attend to the complaint for 3 hrs. Extension wasn't working and it was difficult to reach reception.

a lot , room is very small , not clean, toilet soaps, bathing gel, shampoo, conditioner are very cheap quality. i really cannot rate this hotel as a star hotel.

I booked the hotel to celebrate new year's eve with my daughters as we are far from our home country. However we were denied access to the hotel restaurant because there was a gala dinner going on there. We were not interested to join the gala as it did not suit our needs. We were told to either pay for the gala dinner or go out for dinner!!!

A special mention to the front desk team Sejal and Swarupa for their outstanding support and professionalism. Thank you for the continued hospitality. I’m very happy with my stays at Radisson and look forward to choosing your hotel for all my future visits.

Subject: Feedback and Complaint Regarding My Recent Stay at Radisson Hyderabad Dear [Hotel Manager’s Name], I am writing to express my deep disappointment with my recent stay at Radisson Hyderabad. Unfortunately, my experience was far below the standards expected from a reputed hotel such as yours, and I would like to bring several concerning issues to your attention. 1. Room Upgrade Not Honored: Despite my booking including an upgraded room, I was informed at check-in that no upgraded rooms were available. This was the first letdown at the start of my stay. 2. Food-Related Illness and Lack of Medical Assistance: After having dinner at your restaurant, I fell severely ill later that night with stomach flu, vomiting, and diarrhea. Around 3 a.m., we called the front desk to request help in connecting with a doctor or obtaining basic medication, but were told that no assistance could be provided. This was extremely distressing and disappointing. 3. Unhelpful Response Regarding Medicine Delivery: I then arranged for medication through Blinkit, which was delivered to the hotel. However, your staff refused to have it sent up to the room, citing a policy against delivering third-party products. Given that no medical help had been offered earlier and I was extremely unwell, being asked to come down to the lobby personally was both inconsiderate and unacceptable. 4. Checkout Experience and Staff Behavior: I had requested a slightly delayed checkout around 1:00 p.m., which was initially agreed to. However, soon after, the front desk called my mother and spoke to her very rudely, warning that if we checked out after 1:00 p.m. we would be charged extra. We called for help with our luggage at 12:50 p.m., but no one arrived even after 30 minutes. Despite being unwell, my mother and I had to carry our bags down ourselves. 5. Improper Cash Refund: Finally, at checkout, I was due a refund of ₹336 in cash.

Location. Everything else. Staff is un-responsive. Internet doesn’t work. When you complain, they dont respond. TV didn’t work. I had to google and resolve it myself. Linen is cheap. Carpet in the corridor is old and rotten.( But then staff too stink).

Location. The food was decent. The bathroom stank of cigarette smoke Toilet flush was not working , bathroom door had a broken lock , internet connection was limited to 4 devices which included the TV they have in the room. So for 3 people with 3 phones, the device limit is reached and I had trouble joining a work meeting with my laptop. The staff couldn’t accommodate increasing the device limit. Overall, the amenities were very old and dysfunctional and the staff was not very prompt in my experience.

Staff are not very motivated . They are obviously under some pressure . I had made extra cot requirement while booking / they had not made arrangements . We had to go out for dinner & we had clearly asked them to keep the bed ready. After we reached by 11.30 PM, we had to call multiple times to get the bed & when it came it was a floor mattress .We told them we had booked for 3 & paid for 3, but they responded that they are out of stock of cots & all cots are taken by other customers . Not pleasant . & in between power went off in the room & it took a while for a technician to come & rectify
