location only room was not at all clean, dust on most of the furniture and staff didn't give complimentary bottle and fresh towel after calling in the reception they gave....staff is lethargic and not that much active as what it is generally expected from hospitality team ....I was disappointed to be frank

Worst This hotel is located in a prime area of Hyderabad, often called the heart of the city, but the experience is far from pleasant. The rooms are extremely small and congested, barely suitable for one person. For the high price charged, the facilities and services are unacceptable. The staff is unprofessional and unhelpful—when I requested a simple water bottle, they demanded extra payment. There are no windows, and the overall condition of the rooms is terrible. To make matters worse, the staff refused to add my company’s GST number to the bill, claiming it couldn’t be done because I booked online. This lack of basic support shows poor management and a complete disregard for customer needs. I strongly advise against booking this hotel, especially for corporate stays. It’s not worth the money or the hassle. Avoid it if you want a decent experience in Hyderabad.
