THERE WAS BLOCKAGE IN THE BATHROOM GOT MILD ELECTRICE SHOCK IN BATHROOM SOAP STAND CEALING FAN MAKING NOISE AC EFFECT WAS NOT GOOD BEHIND THE CURTAIN THE THINGS WERE NOT CLEANED NOT WORTH FOR TERRIF.

The property charges different rates compared to rates shown in booking.com, and will additionally charge 42-45% mention as gst, property tax, surcharge etc etc etc! wen questions wer asked, he reduced it! It was pure scam!!! The property doesn’t stand with the parameters mentioned, it’s between few old building having no proper ventilation. Cab reach hotel with great difficulty due to the narrow roads to the hotel, so most of them denies drop n pick up. Hygiene and cleanliness to the worst! Rooms won’t be cleaned or arranged before the check in. If informed the staffs, they never care..It was worst decision I choosed the hotel and paid the advance fully

Breakfast was the best although not included in the hotel price. The hotel is ancient, needs renovation, the bathroom did not gave a wendow, which resulted in bad odour and humid environment.

Location is nice, quality of room is okay Staff does not attend everything. You have to ask multiple times for housekeeping. Room service timings are restricted. Overpriced for the quality of room and service provided. I had taken 2 rooms, one did not have cold water and the other one did not have hot water and no one willing to attend.
