AC not working/cooling. No room service/cleaning. Staff behaviour is not friendly. Bedsheet and pillow cover was not clean. Hairs sticking in the bedsheet of previous customers. No hangings inside bathroom. Queen bed for 3 people even though searched with 3 people while booking and been told to adjust.

Nothing except the online price.. If you visit directly they will charge you more There is no parking for this hotel and it's on a very busy road.. Which is better accessible only in morning and after 9 pm, they have mentioned free parking available. But when you reach hotel they send you to paid parking.. Which will cost you 200 per night. Also the staff is not so welcoming. Coming to room bed sheets were not replaced over poor maintenance.. They are just making money out of it. If you are looking for a budjet stay then it's ok

"Absolutely avoid this hotel! It has the worst staff, unclean rooms, and dirty toilets. They cheat online bookers by demanding extra payment citing various reasons. When asking for a bill, they create unnecessary hassle by demanding photo, stamps, etc., and refuse to provide the bill. Never consider this hotel!"

There was no breakfast. The location was fantastic I had booked Triple bed accomodation and paid accordingly, Approx 4.2k for 3 N for 3 persons. However the hotel did not provide us the extra bed and they claimed that there is no triple bed accommodation at Shirdi. In fact i had booked another room from Jan 27-29 where they charged only 2.2k for 2N for 2 persons. So i had to pay 1.4k/day for one room and 1.1k/day for another room, a difference of RS300/day for the same period. Appreciate if you repay me the extra amount paid 300*3=Rs900 as the hotel did not provide us the extra bed.

The staff was excellent behavior. comfortable beds and bathroom was very spacious. Hotel located in very good area it is very good The room service is fast to respond and fulfil requests staff was also good. ousekeeping good
