Not much, but the staff was very polite if you enjoy noisy surroundings, a bit of rough charm, and techno parties pounding next door from 9am—weekday or weekend—this might just be your place. The furniture has clearly seen better days, possibly years ago, and the internet experience feels like a nostalgic trip back to the early 2000s—when loading a 1MB photo took minutes. On the bright side, you’ll have plenty of time to disconnect from emails and social media. Instead, relax by the pool while watching construction workers below or enjoy the soothing soundtrack of angle grinders on a Saturday morning. You can even compare scaffolding styles if you're feeling adventurous. Breakfast is consistent—very consistent. No surprises here. The dishes remain exactly the same every day, with identical taste and spice levels. There’s a small section with cake, croissants, muffins, and Danish pastries for Western palates. If you’ve ever wanted to learn a new language, this stay might be your opportunity, as communication with staff can sometimes be challenging. That said, the staff are polite and willing to help—especially when they understand your request and tips are involved. Speaking of tipping: expect a minimum of 200 INR per service per person, though 500 INR is preferred. Also worth noting, we were charged 500 INR for a lightly stained towel (tea spill). On a positive note, the rooms are clean, and the staff do make an effort to resolve issues when possible

I did not used the breakfast! Room floors are totally broken and cracked, and old and dirty furniture and bad smell everywhere?

Had very comfortable stay at Hotel Golkonda, Hyderabad.

Property felt very dingy and not well managed. In the middle of the night we woke up to a very concentrated smell of urine coming from the AC vents. I had to spray my perfume everywhere to be able to go back to sleep. Is this a 4 star property or the railways? They have overcharged for some very basic meals. When I ordered the chicken it was so tough to cut through - not tender at all. Paying a premium price for what. The geyser did not work neither did the shower curtain automation. The mini fridge does not open and is jammed shut. Even after booking the Klub room the klub lounge was inaccessible to us. I don’t know what I’ve paid for, for this terrible property. I do not recommend staying here. After flagging these concerns to the management they have given us NO concession and have mentioned that this will be adjusted in our “next stay”- bold of them to assume there will be a next stay. It is time to review this property for what it really is - a 2 star hotel and nothing more. EVERYTHING !

Entrance lobby is Good, All Staff Members are very welcoming and sweet. Room was ok but Bathroom is horrible. Shower door is leaking, they couldn’t fix, Bathroom floor used to flood. Very old rooms and needs Renovation as off Yesterday.

Good hotel

Hotel is in the main location so it was easy to travel. The front desk duty manager Ushashi provided an early checkin. The Housekeeping staff did a fantastic job and had a great stay overall. Kudos to Manaswi, Shashi and Sunil especially.

Starting from the front desk Ajay did an amazing job. From my arrival to departure and met all my expectations. Would like to mention few names who took very good care and asked about my stay Sunil,Ushasi and Shashi and the team led by Vinay. Will definitely come back.

The Property is centrally located and staff is very courteous. Good value for the price.

clean room , decent size for extra bed decent value for money reception staff Manaswi need to be patient, welcoming and polite with clients who travel long journeys before reaching reception with kids . delay in getting the room is small part, but communicating the same in best way is the major part for client satisfaction. the evening duty manager ( male ) was good , acknowledging and helpful

Reception need to be changed Sunil is not smiling at all and not looking while speaking with the customer And the room key deactivated soon when we came back tired in the night the room is not able to open again we hav to go down it’s really we don’t like and in my room there was water leaking from bathroom to my room and he did t change my room

Location The experience

I booked the hotel after clicking the button "with breakfast" but after reaching there no breakfast was booked with any of our rooms. room service was very slow. Every thing comes on calling for the second time. Secondly, I have made the payment at the time of check-in and the hotel staff charged me earlier GST and not the current reduced rate. Then at the time of checkout I received a call that, as there is balance left in advance payment done by me due to error in their billing, we could have the buffet breakfast and they will adjust the amount. So instead of refunding the amount to me, they only adjusted it. It was their mistake, the billing was done two days back only.

. At dining it is not clean

The staff and their dedication to the comfort and care of the guests were the highlight of the stay. The property is clean but the shower needed updating- it was old and didn’t match the rest of the unit I stayed in.
