It only looks good in the website, the reality is a whole new story. The manager of the Hotel was helpful, but then solving inconvenience isnt the answer, there should be an inconvenience since its a pretty good price for the lack lustre place Firstly, the accommodations are not well maintained. The linen was unclean, the bathrooms of their luxury rooms had broken mirrors. No lighting at the wash basin, bad stench coming from their washbasins. One of he rooms had this rancid pesticide smell that became an irritant to my sister who suffers from asthma.The hotel staff needs a session about privacy. They let themselves into my Father’s room without even knocking. My family intended to rest for awhile before starting on their work in hand but thanks to the constant interruptions by the staff they couldn’t.

I liked nothing. Absolutely nothing. The hotel and staff were pathetic. Would not recommend it to my worst enemy. I had booked this hotel for my parents over 60 years of age. I had not gone there myself. When they reached they hotel they met with a lot of issues 1. They were not given breakfast even though breakfast had been included in the meal. They made them pay for breakfast. 2. The rooms were pathetic and the staff was very unhelpful. 3. The ACs were not working properly. 4. They did not give an invoice for the stay at the hotel and the additional charges they took from my parents. All in all, I think they should shut their business and leave the city.

The ambience is good. Parking facility is adequate. Rooms are impressive. Food was not up to the mark. Breakfast was not served on time. We found cockroaches in toilet. Cockroaches were also visible in dining hall. Reception was not good. Even normal water was not sent in time to our room. Staff was not sufficient. Bed sheet and mattress were kept the same for both the days of our stay. No coordination between dining staff and reception. The receptionist told us during Check-in that breakfast is not included in our booking. However, it was always a part of the booking as mentioned on Booking.com. The service is not as per a 4 star hotel.

Nothing to like Rude behaviour of staff. Despite repeated calls no room service, you have to literally yell to get some water and then you get dirty water. My worst experience.

The hotel is at a very good location and property is well designed. The property is infected with cockroaches and unfortunately the staff do not bother about it even though we complained and do not feel that it is a serious issue. They have to improve in general cleaning as it is quite dusty around.

Location is good.. Food wasnt great. Room was smelly. Front desk guy asked for cash and showed me a Atm outside. Cash wasn't there and I hv to search for other. It was 8pm and I was totally exhausted. I am not in favor of opting this hotel again.
