Nothing. I suggest and propose that you avoid this hotel. Sheer waste of money. The FnB staff when u call in in-room dining habe thecaudacity to yell at customers. Shocking but true. Very un professional. 15k for an executive room n yet u are nothing. Absolutely pathetic service n rude staff. The front office momentarily looks ok bit during checkout their colors are out.

Location is Nice . The house cleaning staff are nice . The coffee place below and the room I took is nice. The front desk or check in wasn’t nice . They gave me a room which wasn’t the one I booked , until I realized and asked for . They didn’t even talk about it and changed next day . Without even compensating with something else . The prices are bloated like one of my friend said , through Indian websites vs booking.com , and even hotel for extension charged similar . Little options for food , no bar .

It’s a recent hotel with a nice ambiance. There is a restaurant on site called Roaster 24 /7. It’s a café bakery style restaurant with à la carte menu and buffet option if you like. Pastries are amazing and iced latte is great. The staff is super sweet. Beside the restaurant, there is nothing else on site. There’s a rooftop pool but only 2 chairs, and all empty, like if they didn’t buy any patio furniture. The major issue is there are no alcohol sold or any bar in the area. It’s pretty isolated, close to a commercial street, but if you are a foreigner, you feel it’s isolated.

The parking space is in B1 and there is no direct elevator to the lobby. Had to carry the luggage from B1 to G by stairs.

the room size, cleanliness and comfort was very good for the room rate. Ac worked well and the pastry items in the cafe are really amazing! the morning breakfast was also quite good. decent variety with good taste. the lunch and dinner items were also well prepared with sufficient quantity. room service has minor issues in taking time to respond . maybe they are slightly less on staff. but not a major issue.

Overall great value for money . One must try the roast bakery they have fantastic coffee . Service staff can be a bit more trained .Coffee for breakfast can be served on the table as pre made coffee is with too much milk .

All is good. Will plan to stay again here if there's an opportunity I booked this through booking.com I made a request that my parents will arrive by 10 AM and keep the room ready knowing that checkin in time is at 2 PM. I received 5-6 messages about hotel.policy etc that room will not be given earlier. While booking, I included detailed notes that I needed it earlier and was willing to pay more. Only one front desk person emailed me that he will.look into it and confirmed it. Why did I have to receive so many emails from booking.com, from hotel front desk? Please.coordinate accordingly. My parents train got delayed and they reached a bit late..what if they reached on time?

Size of the room quite spacious and would like to stay again For such a big room, the bed is quite small, it should have been bigger king size bed. Dont charge for a baby food, hotels under 4 star category provide those complimentary.

We loved everything about the hotel. The staff was prompt and all requests were completed on time. The food is good. We liked the location and connectivity to everything was easy
