The Willows Nest Hotel Ibadan

Had an amazing experience. The staffs were very friendly and helpful. The food was tasty and salivating.

More details to cleaning should be done most especially in the bathrooms. I had to change room on my first night because bathroom wasn't properly cleaned.

I like everything about the Hotel this is my second time staying there. The staff are all very positive and polite, the food is really good I like the variety of food options and the Vibe of the hotel although I believe it has gotten really big, they need a bigger space or need to expand also like that it has been maintained and isn't run down. I will definitely be staying there again. The lift needs to be bigger and maybe upgraded

Modern hotel, price was reasonable, breakfast was lovely and dinners, choice of cuisine was great, poolbar is beautiful, Most of the staff were very helpful as i was with my elderly mother, the desk staff can be a little pretentious. Location wasn't secluded. Delayed services, staff are very unorganised a lot of the time. For example I ordered a bottle of wine at the poolbar but they didn't have an opener for me, told me to go to the inside bar, the inside barman told me to go back to the poolbar, in the end I spoke to a manager. There were not enough glasses for drinks another time when. The room we got had a very strong cigarette odour upon arrival, aircon wasnt working, however they promptly re gased it. WiFi was non existent in our room, had to switch rooms by the end of it. Pool water was murky and dirty looking, Which is a shame as it was so hot. For such a modern looking hotel, I would have expected a little better. I needed two key cards and it was like I was drawing blood from a stone. We were two in the room

Staff were friendly and very helpful. Beakfast was fine and not crowded Getting to the hotel can be a little confusing because of closed roads and bad roads. Where the GPS took us to was closed and we had to go all round to get to the hotel

The location was great and the staff friendly The shower faucet was wonky and didn’t work very well, which was pretty disappointing for the price paid. Also the balcony could do with a table and some chairs.

I wasn’t happy with my room. My stay was rather unpleasant. My bathroom kept getting flooded. I wanted a particular type of room as shown on booking.com but they said it was an error as the pictures should have been changed.

I'm a repeat visitor and Bon Hotel is absolutely great value for money. There is a certain pungent smell from the bathroom and it never goes away.

The hotel offers a fantastic ambience, clean all round with polite and friendly staff. I must add that it's very secure and peaceful. Dinning within the hotel is a little pricey. I suppose it's often the same with most hotels.
