Toyoko Inn hotels are always similar. One knows what to expect. Location is very close to the railway station. Breakfast space large and there was always empty table available. Ichinoseki itself has nothing for tourist, but the great sightseeing destination Hiraizumi is just 7 min by local train As usual for Toyoko Inn hotels, the bed and pillow too hard for our personal preference

Lowest rate of my 20 nights in Japan. Due to the Golden Week, the only room available for me was a smoking room. It was not too bad but I could still smell.

The location of the hotel was excellent just a few steps away from the shinkansen and train stations, the staff was helpful, and the view of our room was excellent. Plus, there is a buffet breakfast, which you can bring to your room. not much, if you are the party type the quietness of the location might bother you but it did not bother me.

The room is clean, the staff is friendly and it's close to the station. I will stay at Ichinoseki Toyoko Inn again on my next vacation.

Good location right by the main train station. Spacious room, with room under the bed for luggage. Good breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. It was noisy. Doors closed very loudly, and noise carried very easily. The bathroom didn’t dry out very well, which was bad for drying out laundry. Only one elevator for about 150 rooms.

Don't believe in Google map as I was puzzled. Just after the Shinkansen exit, please follow JR lines and gates on your left hand side direction and you will find it within 3 minutes.

The staff wasn't much helpful. They insisted on my uncle (who is already an elder) to do self-check in by himself while after that other staff went on to help the Japanese customer checking in in person in front of us. I just don't understand. And that staff were not busy at all.

It was a good location - easy access to railway station and busses. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was adequate and comfortable Had trouble adjusting the temperature in the room - too heavy quilts gave unsettled night's sleep

The sound insulation was very poor! You can hear noice from above next door n the corridor .

Super good value for money. Very close to the station. Complimentary breakfast was great. The rooms are quite small but you pay for what you get.
