The staff was welcoming, the facilities were very clean, and the room was perfect for our overnight stay. The little kitchen was a nice touch and made traveling with children much easier. I would stay there again if going through Idaho Falls!

The location of this hotel right off the riverwalk made our trip. We had 2 dogs and this made our morning walk beautiful and easy. You can tell the building is a little older but we very comfortable and the staff was nice.

Our family stayed at Candlewood Suites to see the 4th of July fireworks. Raelynn was most helpful throughout our stay.

The staff was informative and very helpful, Brook I think was her name, made us feel welcome and at easy. Dylan was the employee of the month. Comfortable and relaxing rooms.

The staff was downright rude at the check in. I asked for additional keys, Jessica, took over 10 minutes to get them to me. After asking her about where the elevators were located, she replied “you can take the stairs.” As a IHG member I know I don’t need to write down my license number on the check in form, but she made me write it down. The room keys she gave stopped working the next day even though our stay was 2 nights. Very disappointed that the hotel would employ staff that are rude and go out of their way to be unhelpful.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. Great location. Extra cot was surprisingly very comfy. No breakfast is a bummer, no pool. We hoped for a river view, but did not get it.

Very nice and comfortable room. Clean as well. One thing that stands out is how kind and very helpful the staff was. I loved the little snack shop. You could charge snacks and drinks to your room or self-check-out. Will stay here again!!!
