The hotel was well-maintained, and the staff was friendly. The only issue was there was no one at the desk either when I got there to check in, or when I was ready to check out. I didn’t wait long, but I did have to wait. The room was very clean, and it was well-furnished. It had a kitchenette with a full refrigerator, microwave, sink and cupboards, which was nice. My only complaint was the TV, There were some severe signal problems, and I would get constant signal interference. I really couldn’t even watch it most of the time.

probably in my top 10 hotels i’ve stayed at. I’ve been at a lot of hotels lol. but the staff was so nice. and sweet. it was not dirty at all. the room was amazing.

Please put a lamp on both sides of the bed, not just one.

We have stayed at My Place hotels before because they are a good price point and accept dogs. When we booked our room, we paid in full. When we arrived, we received our keys. When we tried to open the door, the key card did not work. My husband went back to the front desk, said we are in room 205 and our card does not work. The desk agent reconfirmed our room number and re-issued our card. When we opened the door - IT WAS OCCUPIED!!!! Thank goodness by a clothed man lying on the bed watching TV. The hotel was overbooked but they were able to give us a handicap accessible room as it was 10 pm at night and finding another hotel could have been problematic. I'm happy they corrected the problem but NOTE to SELF! Always latch the deadbolt and the extra lock!!!!! YIKES!!

Property was newer with all of the amenities you’d expect from a MyPlace. Very clean. Front desk associates were very nice and knowledgeable.

My husband stayed here for one night for an event the next morning and the fire alarm was chirping in his room every 30 sec. from 2am until he had to get up. You shouldn’t have to call the front desk and have them fix something at those hours. $160 for one night to be kept awake is ridiculous.

Loud truck sounds all night because the window side faces the highway.
