I wanted to to check in 1 1/2 hours early. I didn't want to go to the room, just check in before i went to some meeting i had, not even, the bathroom tub tap was so hard to tune on, the breakfast was poor at best i wont be coming back i need to be in Idaho Falls ever 2 month for 2 night for work, i know the hotel is dated but you could do better

This hotel is way overpriced for what you get. It needs remodeling and lots of repairs need to be made. The ice machine didn’t work, the TVs are all analog and very pixelated. Shilo has the slogan “affordable excellence”; which definitely does not describe this hotel.

The staff at the front desk were rude when we asked if we could check in before 4. Of course they said no we had to wait till 4. We came ack at 4 and a different person was rude even though we had a reservation. The hallways to the rooms smell awful and are not vacuumed regularly. The room at first sight seemed ok just dated. Then we started looking around. Stating with the bathroom. The shower/tub was not clean, did not have a plug for a bath, mold in the grout, hair on the wall, very dirty shower curtain. The bath towels smelled sour. The coffee cups in the room were dirty with old drinks. The coffee pot was disgusting. The wallpaper is peeling all around the room. Only 1 light worked. Bulbs in the rest of the lights were burnt out. There were spots where the drywall was falling on the floor. The ceiling was sagging from a previous leak. The tv guide is no help, out of 20+channels only about half worked. The hot tub had some very questionable items floating in it and a build up of sand on the bottom from the filter. The breakfast that is supposed to be from 6-10 was not started by 6:15. As we were leaving at 6:20 due to no breakfast, the “breakfast crew” was finally pulling up in the parking lot. Generally the whole hotel looks, smells, and feels like it hasn’t been cleaned in quite a while. So we were not too upset skipping a breakfast that would have not only been rushed but may not have even done with clean cooking utensils. About the only good thing was lots of parking

Room was clean and large, breakfast tasted great, and I love the building itself. I used to stay here as a kid when my family visited Idaho Falls, so it was a very fun, nostalgic stay for me. It's a great location right on the river. Yeah, it's an older building, but they've kept it pretty nice!

The only complaint we had was the breakfast. The coffee was not hot and the potatoes with our egg & sausage we not cooked properly (raw) . Diffinitly not up to par for a Contenental breakfast even!

I called after the reservation and the checking guy was very rude, everything was broken and chipped the jacuzzi had half of it Jets working, the bed is rock hard, I waited in line 10 minutes to get breakfast there's four items on the menu, the hallways are dark and the ceiling is very low the rooms are dark, would not recommend!

I definitely would stay here again, although they have not converted nor updated any outlets or lamps to have any USB access for charging devices. You are responsible to bring your own wall charger. That was the only difficulty throughout my stay. Otherwise great

Hotel staff was amazing, the lady working in the restaurant not so great I spend a lot of money there on the weekends quite a bit and for the service I got from her I don't know if I will ever go back to stay at a Shiloh

Staff was very courteous and the room was clean. The Trofi restaurant was disappointing, but everything else was quite nice.

There was dog hair all over the couch so we could not sit on it. Other than that it was a nice stay.

Bathroom and sink was not clean and hard to get a hold of staff members to tell them about this. I had to clean the toilet with my own clorox wipes
