You can see how much work they're putting into the place. The staff was more than helpful and friendly

The room was very dirty. One bed was covered in dog hair, the other had stains all over. We were missing soaps in the bathroom, toilet has very dirty, hair in-on the shower, left over food in the mini fridge.... got another room that was just cleaned and the bedding was still wet and all the towels in the bathroom were all wet and still not clean bedding

Filthy carpets. No towels or shampoo in my room. Blood drips on the door jam. Key cards didn’t work on outside doors. Mold around the calking in the bathtub.

The photos of the place when booking look 10x better condition than reality. They really need to give this place some love. They have made some updates but have a ways to go.

The staff was nice. Bathroom wasnt clean, there was no coffee in the lobby in the morning and there was no waffle mix. Bathroom door didn't work, NO ice machines were working, not enough towels in room.

Rooms were terribly remodeled, tub didnt drain while in the shower so you were standing in 3 inches of water. Couldn't us the hot tub/pool and when you could they were disgusting. That was the main reason I booked this hotel. Breakfast was horrible. Staff didn't care about the concerns. I will never stay there again.

The staff was the only thing good about this place. The room was not cleaned well. The pool was freezing cold to the point that it was unusable. The jacuzzi was luke warm. Overall I was extremely disappointed.

Starting with check-in, staff was very friendly and helpful. A great employee with a great sense of humor! Room was ready and comfortable. We chose the King room with the Snake River view and it was perfect! Would definitely plan on staying there again. - -

Our booked room already had people in it so we had to go back to the front desk and request another. The room was dirty and didn’t look like it had been cleaned. Also the pool looked like a swamp that I was never let my kids swim in.

The room was clean. 2 ironing boards 1 with cover 1 without but ni iron. 3 legged Table missing leg so it was just propped up on the the dresser to stand. Yikes! The pool area is terrible, shower didn't even have a handle, pool was about 60 degrees hot tub about 90 and way to much chlorine. The breakfast was not much to be desired, wet scrambled eggs, soggy apples if you like waffles they did have those and some oatmeal packs. They had Coffee, AMEN! I wouldn't stay again and prices are cheaper directly. Looks like they are trying to clean the place up. Good luck !
