Clean room, friendly staff, and great parking!

Very convenient location, beautiful green belt next to the river right behind the hotel.

Tru by Hilton met all the criteria that describes a comfortable and memorable stay for our family! We enjoyed the picturesque location, amenities provided, delish food options and the hospitality of the staff!

I highly recommend this hotel in Idaho Falls. The front staff were friendly and helpful. The room is basic but very clean. The beds and pillows are very comfortable. The breakfast is fine, it had omelets and toast, bagels, coffee and juice. The hotel is perfectly located by the Falls pathway. There is a charming bridge you walk over and your right there on the trail. The hotel has couches inside and out where you can enjoy the area. The swimming pool was very cold but the hot tub was great. We will be back for sure.

This hotel is clean and convenient. There are several restaurants and shopping nearby.

Excellent location right on the river walk. Great for traveling with dogs! Lots of restaurants nearby, and easy access to the interstate.

The location and facilities were excellent. However, the room did not appear to have been thoroughly cleaned after a previous guest’s pet, as I found quite a bit of cat or dog hair around the room and noticed a lingering pet odor. I requested a room change, but unfortunately, no other rooms were available, and there were no staff members available to clean the room at the time. It’s great that the hotel is pet-friendly, but rooms should be thoroughly cleaned and deodorized between guests to ensure a comfortable stay for everyone.

Very helpful staff at check-in. The air conditioning in our room wasn’t working and it was very hot. Maintenance tried to fix it, but we ended up moving to a different room. The staff were kind and helpful. Great location near the Greenbelt.

For a newer hotel, I won’t stay there again. I was very disappointed and the price was extremely high in comparison to my other Hilton hotels that I’m staying in.

I had a very pleasant stay. The location was great and made it convenient to get around. The staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The breakfast was also very good, with a nice selection to start the day. Overall, I felt the hotel offered great value for the money. I would definitely consider staying here again. All good

We were not allowed to check in because Hilton computers were down worldwide , we had to find other accommodations so we could attend a wedding, Hilton could not guarantee that we would be able check in at all

Location was good. It was close to restaurants and shopping. It was nice being close to the river.

Great hotel! I was expecting a real Budget hotel. But it is a Hilton and it nice and clean, had all kinds of fun amenities. It’s right on the Snake River so you can take a walk around the Greenbelt. No comforter, and the bedspread was kind of thin.
