Only real complaint was the dead bug on top of the second roll of toilet paper.
-
Large room. Clean, excellent location to greenway, fantastic shower Parking (construction in progress) and having to walk upstairs-no elevator

Just stayed for 1 night but was very impressed with the property. Breakfast was very good. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I was driving near this property on the way home and picked up an item that I had mistakenly left in the room, I called ahead and it took just a minute to retrieve it.

We checked in at nine and hoped to use the pool before closing at ten. Gates were locked and we were a bit disappointed. All in all, an excellent budget conscious choice.

Later, I went to get ice. The room marked Ice and Laundry at the Quality Inn was locked, with no sign saying where to go to get ice. So I went walking next door to the lobby and they said I could use the ice machine in the Comfort Inn. Having to walk next door for these things is bad enough, but what is worse was having no sign indicating that you had to go next door. Again, I wasted 15 MINUTES looking for the lobby when I was in a hurry for a dinner appointment. The location of the lobby should be obvious.

Smelly room, washroom had ants and washbasin had no water pressure.
-
Nothing, had cats and dogs. Rooms were nasty The bath tub was green, was leaking water. It was nasty.
-
Our room looked ok Not that clean
-
Location. Nothing else Making the bed and putting out white towels is no substitute for actually cleaning the room. This place needs a deep clean, not just fresh towels. Don’t be fooled by the photos. The bathroom was disgusting, with thick layer of dirt in the bathtub (see the photos). There was thick dust on the furniture and under the bed, and cobwebs in the corners. Completely unacceptable for the price. The pool looked awful with greenish water.

Nothing The building needs to be condemned. It was dirty floor was going to fall though into the bathroom. Bathtub was either stained or not cleaned.
-
The location and price was fair The window blinds were torn, the toilet fill tank wrong cap and kept running all night and the shower was leaking all over when i turned it on
-
The river and falls
-
Cereal at the lobby. The juice machine is turned off after 9am.

The concierge was very kind and helpful but I felt mislead during the booking. The actual hotel was the brick building next to the Comfort inn. There was no front desk at the Quality inn, we had to go nextdoor and check in. After checking in our room keys didn't work, had to walk back down stairs and get new keys, she was kind enough to change rooms just in case it was an issue with the lock. The room was clean-ish. I did find a soda in the refrigerator and used napkins in a drawer. The shower had some bleach stains on the walls like a cleanser was thrown on and rinsed off. The toilet had a creaking sound like the caulking was pulling up. They had caulking on the floor from trying to stick down tiles. And the sink was super grubby at the drain. The pool was gross, it was a slight green color with stuff floating in it. The ground all around it was cracked, the bars to get in and out wobbled so much and we weren't told we needed a separate key to the pool, so we had to make another trip down to the front desk for that and again to get new key cards because our stopped working on the second day of our stay. There were lots of trash cans around the property which was nice, but they stayed full for the time we were there. The breakfast was great, lots of variety.

Front desk is in the round building saying comfort inn, when you arrive at night, and the giant sign on top of the building is turned off, one does not assume to go into the comfort inn to check in for the quality inn, this was very frustrating. But the location was amazing,

Front desk was helpful.

The curtains wouldn't close. The tub had patched holes. Caulking was horrible. Shower head leaked bad. Bad paint job. The table with the coffee maker was partially blocking adjoining door and had no power to it. The adjoining door had almost a 2 inch gap under it. We found ants all over the floor in there morning. The sofa was dirty. The bed and the towels were clean. Newer bed.

It was beautiful Absolutely nothing

Great location Confusing check in

Staff was friendly. Breakfast was amazing it was the guests above and next door that made the stay non enjoyable. Extremely loud until around 3am. The room was clean for the most part but definitely under maintained. The air conditioning and door locks worked. No view from the room but walking outside and walking down the path was very good. We would consider staying again but would definitely pick the comfort suite offered by the same company
