Very good zone for having dinner. Spacious room. But all extras as towel and soap, and clean and made up bed sheets and pillow must be before check-in. 1.Breakfast description The hotel advertises breakfast as a buffet. However, in reality it consisted of only a few prepared dishes served in containers. This is not what most guests would consider a buffet. It would be better to describe it simply as “breakfast included” unless a full buffet is actually offered. This helps manage guests’ expectations. 2. Room descriptions on Booking One of the biggest issues was the room category. Guests expect to receive exactly the room type they book based on the photos and description shown on Booking.com. If different room categories exist (for example, Executive Suite and Classic Suite), each category should have its own photos and clear description. Guests should not discover upon arrival that they are being assigned a different room because of pricing arrangements between the hotel and Booking.com. Those are internal matters and should not affect the guest experience. 3. Check-in process When we arrived, the rooms were not fully ready. We were shown different rooms and asked whether we liked them, but ultimately this did not change the outcome. One of us had booked an Executive Suite but was accommodated in a Classic Suite instead. This created unnecessary confusion and disappointment.

Hotel premises was difficult to find

The food The reception when I entered and checked in The fact that there was no elevator and after waiting for a while for the porter to help with my luggage,with my bolt waiting downstairs to pick me to the airport,I dragged my luggage down the 3 floors of stairs. Only for me to get to the reception and he stood up to help with the bags ,I sharply declined his offer and walked away.

Everything! I think I just enjoy my stay . You guys need elevator in that hotel .

The manager on duty when i checked in is very humble and professional,He offer to carry all my luggage to my room and the security team is cool too The receptionist that attend to me use rate of N1410 to convert $99 and some change to N140.229 ,I even told him that even that’s above black market rate, They don’t care about the guest the way they continually put guest in darkness any time they are switching the electricity power source within interval of 30 minutes they can change it 7 times Someone from their desk kept calling to ask if I’m retaining the room I booked for two night and already make payment for they need to employ smart and people that have experience of dealing with guest in hospitality business

I like the serene environment and the staffs are very friendly An elevator is super necessary most especially if you're staying on the 3rd floor.The floor shouldn't have the same identical colour as the stairs because I missed my steps and almost twist my ankle.

Initially chose it for it's close proximity to the airport as I was heading back to the States. But one night was all it took to get me hooked! The staff were quite courteous and helpful. The manager even better and quite attentive to customer concerns. Also, their kitchen is open 24hrs and their cocktails are to die for! ? Nothing at all.

I enjoyed the special fried rice with the fried croaker fish. I would appreciate if the special fried rice can come in basmati rice. Wifi wasn't working, the grills sold at the outdoor was dry and cold

The staff were attentive Electricity was going off at short intervals. Could barely watch a movie 5 minutes straight without interruption. Didn’t have water for hours

Complimentary breakfast was decent. Environment was serene. Frequent power cuts but the backup generator was pretty much always on a minute after. Pleasant front desk and kitchen staff. Bathroom drain could be better. Water tended to pool around your feet during a shower. And at no time did staff come to change bedding or empty the trash.

IT IS A GOOD PLACE TO STAY. THE STAFFS , THE ENVIRONMENT AND SERVICE IS GOOD THEY NEED AN ELEVATOR. CLIMBING UP AND DOWN IS VERY STRESSFUL

The location is perfect for the trip to the airport or the night life of Ikeja GRA. And in a quite and serene neighborhood Nothing at all on this trip
