The Safron Hotel Ikeja

Good location. A bit pricey for the state of facilities.

It was adequate Parking space for cars.

Perfect place for a work stay

Breakfast was good. It includes a wide range of local and international meals. So there was something to suit everyone. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The setup and ambiance were warm and inviting. Great Wifi and convinient location. Rooms were turned over later in the day, which was a bit of an inconvenience.

The breakfast location was alright. The setup for the executive room was off. Room 102. The work table was behind a wall with no chair or light lamp. Not quite sure why the bathroom sliding door was missing.

Environment

The property was close to the airport The floor was dirty and the room service attendant was rude and the food sucked

There was nothing I did not like about the Safron. It is a 5-star hotel. Has a nice pool and jump to work out in.

Location was good I was charged more than the rate I was giving at Booking. They called me to prepay the room before I got there The internet is the room was not working well

The staff are very friendly The gym and pool were not operational, although on Booking it showed that they are The credit card machine was not working at the hotel, i had to pay through a payment link The wifi was really bad Food was clean and ok, but not the best

The property was amazing, the staff was great I wasn’t able to access the pool, other than that it was good

The rooms were very comfortable and clean, and staff was attentive to your needs. Every single person greeted you when you walked by them. They were all so respectful. The pool was out of service while we were there, and so was the workout facility. I was super disappointed we didn't get to access these amenities while we stayed there for ten nights.

The Location is good and the hotel is clean The breakfast is nothing to write home about. Very limited choices and not really tasty.

Location, staff, food and art work is exceptional. Their gym is not functional

The decor was good. Room was spacious and clean. The location of the hotel was good (close to the airport and a few entertainment spots in Ikeja, Lagos The breakfast room was too small for the number of guests eating breakfast. At a point, it felt like being in the dining room of a high school dormitory. The idea of a "rooftop" should be reviewed. It was empty, not well furnished and looked more like a dining room than a rooftop lounge. They need to go see what the rooftop at the Marriot looks like on a friday night. The hotel is overpriced!

I don't like this trend in Nigeria and at this hotel too now where they claim that free breakfast is provided and you book for 2 persons then when you get there they claim that free breakfast is only for 1 person so I have to pay extra. The bathroom was small and no counter space on the sink. There was only a showerhead in the ceiling which is not convenient when you don't want to get your head wet. The stay was not memorable and the price costly for one night. You can have a clean and aesthetically pleasing hotel but the small things count to the guests

The property was clean, it looked very neat. The rooms are spacious The water heating system was not functioning I called the receptionist and I was told it was going to be fixed. It was not fixed till I had my bath. The restaurant services was poor. I came from a trip and everything o ordered they will say it is not available. I ordered 4 things in the menu and 3 were not available

It’s such a beautiful place and the staff are very cautious and professional. I enjoyed my stay with them for two days and I look forward to coming back. N/A
