It's a scam hotel. After I checked in, and they pulled up my reservation through Booking which clearly stated the price, they came and knocked on my door a couple hours later and told me the price had changed and I needed to pay more. I of course refused and called Booking to notify them. The hotel said "Booking's prices are not our prices". In the end I ended up paying only 3usd more than the real price, but they tried to get $20 more. They also overcharged me for the airport pickup. They quoted me 30.000 local currency, which people told me is already kind of high, and then after getting in the car (and waiting one hour for the driver who kept saying he was "on the way") the driver said they gave me the wrong price and it was 40.000. I told the hotel and they were in on the scam, they said "Oh sorry we gave you the wrong price by mistake"
