I can't imagine at 0352 a.m there wasnt running water. I had to stay in the bathroom for over 45 minutes with soap on my body waiting for water. This is ridiculous ?

Rate of the hotel was very very high vs its standards ,facilities service. Totally overrated and not giving value for money at all.

The first room smelt of urine; the second one had a leaking wash hand basin. The service was generally poor. The concierge did not support when requested.
