The hotel is affordable yet clean and comfy. No hot water in my room .I have to ask reception for hot water each time i want to bath. Food at their restaurant is very expensive so I dont eat there, I order from glovo.

What I saw online before making the reservation was completely different from what I met upon arrival. The condition of the hotel forced me to quickly cancel my booking and leave immediately to search for another hotel to stay in.

I booked my room a month in advance, but upon arrival I was informed that the room was no longer available. I was subsequently required to pay extra for an executive room, which was quite disappointing. I expected better reservation management and customer service.
