It was a very horrible experience with my girlfriend who traveled all the way from Germany to visit me and I recommended thế hotel for us to stay,funny enough we booked the hotel from booking.com and it was confirmed only for us to receive a call from their staff that the room we booked for was already taken that the availabile one is higher than the one we booked for but the issue was later resolved, behold when we arrived there it was a horrible mess,the smell in the environment ,the room is so smelly too the toilet facilities are all outdated ,in fact it shouldn’t be referred as a hotel it’s supposed to be a local guest house upon thật their staffs are too dirty and ignorant of their guests,I felt so embarrassed in front of my girlfriend ? mosquitos ? did messed with her skin and we couldn’t sleep until thế next morning to look for a better place to stay ?that place is really a mess and I won’t advice anyone to waste their hard earned money tờ thật place , the swimming pool is so dirty thật I even saw dead cockroaches in ít how unhealthy it is for guests to stay in such a place , their supervisor is not even well experienced to handle things as a superior ,it’s so funny thật she can’t even control her own workers tờ đó things without begging or fighting with them ? it’s such a shame ??????

location 1) dirty, 2) room very noisy from generator next room, 3) no air conditioner, 4) they charged an add on fee for Booking. com 5) just to microwave some leftover food, wanted 2,000 nira, 6) prepaid for 6 days, day 4 began bothering me when I am going to leave, 7) room not nearly as good as picture shown online, 8) only cold water

The toilet and the air conditioner were the only 2 things that worked well. I reserved the executive suite with the tub. They put me in the wrong room because the room had only a shower. They did change my room and put me on a room with a tub. The tub was dirty, and the shower part of the tub was broken. They also did not have a stopper to plug the hole so I could take a bath. So I went to Shoprite to buy disinfect for the tub and a stopper so I could take a bath. To take a hot bath, you had to call them to turn the hot water tank on, and sometimes you had to call them twice because they would ignore you. When you go to breakfast, they charge you for every little thing. For example, if you have coffee, you better drink it black because they charge you extra for the milk and sugar. You can not park your car there. There is no parking for vehicles. If you watch TV, you have to get up and walk to the TV because they did not give you a remote. I asked for a remote for the TV, and they said that they would bring me the remote but never did. The swimming pool is dirty. The whole place is dirty. One day, my husband and I were going out for the day. As we were leaving the hotel, a staff member stopped and wanted our key for the room. He thought we were checking out. My husband said no, we are not checking out. We are just going out for the day. Then the staff member said I still need your key card because you might lose it, and it will cost you #10,000 naira to get another key card. I told him we are not illegitimate children. We are gown adults, and you will not be getting my key card because I paid for the room and walked off. He acted like we couldn't afford #10,000 naira if we did lose it. There are many other stories I can tell you about this place, but this is already too long. PLEASE EVERYONE STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. IT IS A CRAP HOLE. The pictures online are deceiving.

If you are looking for a stay on budget its fair enough Call ahead if you booked online to confirm your reservation the staffs manually reconcile reservations and they might forget to reconcile with your online reservations

I like that the receptionists were very friendly with guests in fact the whole workers were friendly. Internet was working Ok and TV channels worked Ok too. Some guests buy food from the hotel's restaurant and the dirty dishes were left on every floor in the hotel. And a big dirty trash was left in front of my room. The bathroom sink is broken tho water comes out.But the sink needs to be really fixed. I was with my wife and son, we were given just one towel ((

Nothing at all. Staying there was an endurance race. Everything. Nothing was a consolation there.

The hotel was ok and affordable What I didn't like is I already booked a room only for me to get a call from the hotel management that the room isn't available anymore and I had to pay for a expensive room..it wasn't fair cus I was almost running out of cash or what if my budget wasn't enough to get the room that day.
