The young girl who was there a few times a week was super nice. The room is small but enough if you just go back to sleep.

Near train station The dark flooring is somehow not clean thoroughly. Dropping hairs and stains could be seen.

The room was clean and comfortable I wish there can be an easier option for foreigners to contact the personnel but nonetheless everything was great

Staff were warm, friendly, helpful, accommodating and receptive to feedback. Coffee from Louisa was tasty. Room choice was solo-traveller friendly; spacious and comfortable enough for one. The room was not in the cleanest condition initially but staff took action to rectify the situation upon feedback.

I like the location - just a street away from the night market. Hence not too noisy at night. Downstairs is Louisa Coffee which is convenient for coffee lovers The room is a bit small - however could still fit 2 medium + 1 cabin luggage - can only open up one luggage at a time

Spacious room, friendly owner, great breakfast and coffee. 4min walking distance to Yilan train station. Shower hardware is a bit tricky to adjust.

Good location, small but decent bathroom, comfortable bed, convenient with a coffee shop and breakfast on the 1F Breakfast is a voucher to Louisa Coffee, the amount is quite limited and not really enough for a coffee and toast, you need to pay the difference yourself. We also had an incident with the door not working when swiping our card quite late at night with no way of contacting the hotel (the reception was already closed, nobody picked up the phone). Likely a one-off but very unfortunate experience.
