I liked everything.

Facilities were great, cold room, bathroom right nearby, very handicap friendly as well. And the toilets were all very nice bidets. If going to Yilan again I would book here in a heartbeat. Location is insane, it really could not be closer to the main train station and scooter rental. Nowhere to lock your bags if you stay in the shared room

Best location, 1 minute walk from Yilan Train station. 5 mins to the night market Needs a bit dusting, but generally clean. Only one pillow provided

This property is absolutely amazing! The staff are so kind and helpful. It feels like you are staying in a nice hotel instead of a hostel dorm room. Each room has a private bathroom, shower, refrigerator, and electric kettle with tea bags provided. The cafe area downstairs is ideal for working, writing, or reading. I highly recommend and I will definitely be staying here again! Ten Stars!

Nicely decorated. Very crowded dorm room with little space for luggage and allowing people to arrive at all hours was very disturbing to sleep. Shocked at the rude behaviour of other guests. I hate paying for towels.

Location is very convenient and near the train station and night market. The full set daily breakfast is good taste. The bathroom is very small and not enough space to put things.

Kind and helpful staff. Right across from Yilan train station. Clean and cozy room. Book cafe ambience is very welcoming and relaxing. Breakfast was delicious. Very pretty selection of postcards, totes, mugs, diary by Yilan local artist. Nothing.

Exceptional

Place is comfortable & cosy. Staff are helpful. Just 2 things to improve on. 1. Should have kept the cafe running for longer operating hours. We wanted to head back hotel for a coffee break while waiting for train. Was told, the cafe is open for breakfast hours only. 2. Toilet windows should have better coverage. We stayed at level 2, the blind did not cover the toilet windows fully. I can visible see people on the road clearly. I feel insecure as vice versa they could see us too!

The location is extremely convenient if coming by train. Night market is a short <5 min walk away. There is a departmental store for apparels about 15 min walk away. Lots of food stores around to satisfy any cravings. Breakfast at the cafe was delicious too although the menu is limited.
