Great location, great team! The breakfast was extra R$20 per person, this is a very good price for the area (but if you miss it, can also find coffee + egg-cheese-sandwich for R$12 by walking 5 min.) The listing said "sea view". The sea view was not from the room but was from the common area (very nice varanda with tables and chairs). But the room did have windows on two sides, nice natural light and garden view.

No glass in the windows just wooden shutters so the only way to get privacy is to close them, which in the day makes it very dark

Great location close to the beach, only a few minutes to the pier etc. Quirky style building, great staff very helpful and kind, nice veranda for breakfast. Room did not have a fridge, and whilst not specified to have one, would have been nice.
