Pousada Pouso da Maré

The property is gorgeous, located right on the beach and walking distance to the center of town. The property has paddle boards and volleyballs for guests to use at their leisure. The room is clean and comfortable with everything you need. Leo and the staff were beyond helpful. We even had a mix up with our check out date and they were so accommodating. Nothing.

Super romantic and quiet in a perfect location — close enough to town to be easy, and far enough away to feel secluded.

Location is amazing - can't get better! Close to the center (10 mins walk) but also very quite at night. Nice for long walks at the beach. Breakfast was good and As a "pé na areia" pousada I would expect a better structure to enjoy the beach right in front of the inn. Staff is super nice but things feel a bit all over the place there - probably bc the owner is selling the property management is a bit left down

The staff is very friendly and professional! I think the bathroom could be better. The sink is small and the towels are not the best quality. Nevertheless, it was very clean

Mateus’ hospitality was just great! And so was the location and breakfast. Really amazing. The rooms are a bit noisy (neighbors had a baby)

Welcome to paradise ! We stayed 3 nights for our honey moon and everything was perfect from the delicious breakfast to the room with see view. Leo is a wonderful person and its team is very kind and welcoming. We recommend x1000000

Highly recommend. Cosy place, Leo is very kind and helpful. The room is excellent with air con and fan. Very clean. We stay 8 nights and feels like home, very relaxing. Internet is really good, breakfast is amazing and the restaurants and markets are near by. The beach is just in front of and we could acces others beaches easily. It's a beautiful walk. Boat trip to the natural swimming pools can be arranged easily. Thanks Leo. The bathroom has no ventilation.

Nothing special. Rooms were simple and clean but there’s really nothing else to the property. Staff was really nice and breakfast is brought to the room. No privacy on the patios and rooms are not well insulated from sound. The property itself doesn’t have much to offer aside from being on a somewhat average beach. The town itself didn’t offer us much and everywhere is way overpriced for food. I’d skip it next time.

The attention to detail and comfort. There were so many personal touches that made it a really special stay.

The Pousada is located right ON the beach and if you go for the sea view room you can literally watch the waves from your bed. They also have a bar and light lunch service working from morning to sunset and Leo is an amazing host, very attentive to the guests’ needs. Shout out to the breakfast, truly a 5 stars hotel experience. Nothing

the location is just I front of the beach, rooms are super clean and pretty, nice decoration, you have a hammock in each room, breakfast is super tasty and staff is very friendly. nothing :)

It felt like home away from home. The staff is amazing and kind, the breakfast was fresh and delicious (brought to our door every day) and the location (directly at the beach) and view are just perfect!

The breakfast was the best I have ever had. Leo and Mariana are so welcoming and helpful. Mateus was lovely. I liked everything.
