The staff was amazing and the location is great. We had to take cold shower one night, the pool didnt have a heating system working and worst of all, they made me book an additional night one month prior arrival, otherwise they would cancel the 2 day reservation. It was absurd, but since there were no more hotels available i had no choice but to accept.
