Food was substandard. Ordered in dinner one night, salmon and octopus not fresh. Breakfast ordered in and ordered all wrong. No bacon, eating utensils not provided, coffee was old. Had a massage booked and only provided 40 minutes. Desk clerk stated we were provided a text to start, which we never recieved. Never recieved a call in room either until after the appointment started. Horrible massage as well

It is actually much better when you get there than expected. Photos are good, but place is just crazy beautiful. Amazing!! Can't really complain!!

Wonderful view from the room and the balcony. Staff extremely attentive and nice. Food was excellent, from breakfast to dinner. They have a giant warm pool and a jacuzzi with view for the ocean. And the beach view is marvelous. They're very responsive by WhatsApp, you can use it to book any service you want. It would be good to have more snacks options at the menu
