The location is magnificent. Even though the town is quiet, the views from the caldera are astonishing. And being at the top of the hills means you have no other hotel with their terraces above you. The rooms were clean and neat, everything working perfectly. Tha staff was absolutely friendly and helpful At some moments at night, you can hear way too loud when other guests speak at their terraces, particularly those that have roof and eco the voices

Breakfasts were great. Location was phenomenal. We had a very private suite. Staff members were exceptional.

The bed was not very comfortable

This hotel is truly exceptional. I travel extensively around the world, and I have never experienced such a breathtaking panorama. The view is constantly changing every day, every hour, every minute creating an ever-evolving landscape of extraordinary beauty. Beyond the stunning setting, the team is outstanding. Every member of the staff is warm, professional, attentive, and genuinely dedicated to providing a perfect experience. The service is simply impeccable. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. It is an absolutely incredible place that exceeded all my expectations and made my stay in Santorini unforgettable!!

Location was great. The staff is outstanding. The rooms could use a little TLC. They are somewhat dated. We spent 40-50 euros to go to Oia. We walked to Fira and paid 20 euros to get a ride back

The morning receptionist was very helpful and attentive. Pretty views. It was very nice that they brought breakfast to your room at a scheduled time, but they often arrived at the room a lot earlier than scheduled and knocked on the door until I got out of bed and answered the door. It was an abrupt way to wake up each morning. I would have preferred a buffet breakfast at a scheduled time window. Pool was very small.

My wife and I loved the level of service and how nice the staff were to us. We also loved the views of the caldera and having the amazing breakfast every morning.

The views of the caldera were unbelievably beautiful! Our rooms 16,17,18,19 were all beautiful and room 18 was just incredible with a private pool. Breakfast served every morning on your balcony was excellent and can’t say enough about Mateo who made us delicious cocktails and transported our luggage. The entire staff was very attentive and arranged taxi service from airport and to Oia and to the port. Be advised that there are a lot of stairs which really is the case in any of the hotels. But the view is so so worth it! Would absolutely stay there again! There are no hand rails on the steps so be advised of that.

Well, I was a bit in doubt about staying here instead of staying at a hotel at Oia but I am super happy about it now. The view is better than Oia, and Oia is super crowded, especially during sunset. we enjoyed our stay here. The room is different, our bed was in the natural cave though(which was not big but authentic). They serve very good breakfast. Overall, it was good. Like all the hotels there, there is a bit of privacy issues. Even the most expensive rooms have the same problem, you have a private pool but there might be other people walking nearby to reach their room. But there is nothing they can do about it.

We can see the sunset directly froum our terrace. Own jacuzzi was great. In the room was not so hot as outside because of architecture, there was not neccessary to use AC. We were expected more private terrace and jacuzzi, there was a path in front of our terrace.
