Location We booked 2 rooms for us and the kids - they sent a message the afternoon of our arrival when we were already on the plane that the rooms were far away - when we protested said was our problem we should have made sure, rooms were musty and not clean the sink leaked so water on floor and rust in several places. Path to get to the rooms were bad dirty and dangerous - other properties in this area were very nice - feel cheated

Location is spectacular. Really the only good thing going for this hotel. Service was lacking with bare minimum hospitality. We paid a premium for the room with an indoor pool, however the pool was cold and unusable. We notified the staff and nothing was done for over 24 hrs and the pool temperature was never rectified during our stay.

Really appreciate Vasiliki, who ensured we had a memorable stay, She was always available and ensured every thing moved seamlessly. The property itself is very beautiful and had a fantastic view. Would highly recommend.

The view was amazing and we had a suite at the top of the stairs which made it less exhausting to walk up the steps every day. The room was nice and cool which helped to shield against the heat of the sun. We also enjoyed the peace and quiet as there were not many other guests in the hotel. It was amazing to wake up every day with the view of the ocean and the islands right from our bed. The rain shower was super comfortable and we loved the little reading/relax room by going down the stairs in our room. It was perfect for reading a book while enjoying the view. The first negative surprise we had happened when we were shown the room. The plunge pool that was included in our booking was not cleaned and full of flies, the water was also cold. When asked about it, they said they could clean it for us and warm it up but they never did. This was a major negative point for us as we were really looking forward to using the plunge pull on our outside balcony with this amazing view. Also, due to the booking being out of season (we arrived in March), we were not informed that there was no breakfast or roomservice being served as the kitchen was closed. We also experienced constant repairs around us for the summer season and the fresh air was filled with the chemical stench of paint. Most of the city was also closed making everything feel a bit like a ghost town.

The staff was so accommodating and did everything within their power to make it an incredible trip. We loved the location of the suite and of course our beautiful view. The room itself was stunning, clean, and spacious, we cannot wait to come back

Beautiful location! Loved the room and the breakfast and room service was amazing!! The staff in particular Vadillo and Malia were very nice and helpful! The hot tubs were not HOT!! They were more like swimming pools!

Only and only the staff was perfect. The room and sheets were unclean . It's an Airbnb pretending to be a hotel. Our experience was so bad , that we shortened our stay and went to a different place . The towels were smelly. The sheets were stained . The bed and mattress was extremely uncomfortable. My booking said breakfast included. But there was no food option there. Not even to pay and buy . I would rate it zero if there was an option .

Fantastic suite. We had a honeymoon suite and it was fantastic! The indoor pool was fun. Breakfast was great every morning. The staff was great to help coordinate massages and answered all of our questions. The location was great for the views, the sunsets, and walking to restaurants.

Fantastic hotel and great room with indoor pool. It was amazing experience, location is really good in Santorini, Staff is super helpful, manager Vasiliki is really good she even helped us with renting the car and made us an itinerary for exploring the various hidden locations. She is always smiling and happy to help. We stayed for 4 nights, would definitely stay again.

Sophia Luxury Suites in Imerovigli is the ultimate haven for me. The exceptional customer service and their heartfelt welcome are truly uplifting. They made us feel like we were part of the family. Their warmth is genuinely inspiring. They also surprised us with a complimentary room upgrade and a delightful breakfast. We feel incredibly blessed to be away from home yet so well taken care of. The breathtaking view trom our hotel room is like a dream come true. We were treated to mesmerizing sunrises and sunsets. The room is incredibly spacious, complete with an abundance of towels, robes, and blankets. We also have a fridge and kettle at our disposal. We had the privilege of staying in the Poet House room. My heartfelt gratitude goes to the entire staff, the manager, and the team who carried our luggage and ensured our transfer was seamless from start to finish. Don't hesitate to book this hotel. Our stay at Sophia Luxury Suites was a huge disappointment. From start to finish, the staff was unhelpful and completely disengaged. We ended up bonding with other guests specifically over how bad our experience was—which says a lot. We messaged the staff in advance asking for help with our luggage and a transfer to the airport. They assured us someone would come to get our bags and that a ride would be arranged. None of that happened. We were left scrambling to carry our luggage and find last-minute transportation on our own. Even our driver told us that Sophia Luxury Suites has a terrible reputation—and we absolutely agree. After reading other negative reviews, it’s clear we’re not alone. What’s even more upsetting is how the management repeatedly avoids responsibility and tries to cover up legitimate complaints. That lack of accountability speaks volumes. This was not a "luxury" experience by any stretch. I would never stay here again and do not recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing or reliable stay.

Amazing views amazing cool cave room. Staff was fantastic and always made sure we were happy. Room service is good. We even were upgraded due to an issue with wifi in our room but despite everything was amazing and Vas manager and Max are great. Help us with bags up and down which is very helpful with all the stairs! Only critic is that there are many versions of Aurora suites and it is hard to determine from photos what you are booking.
