The Good: Very pleasant owner, check in and check out process was very easy. Spacious bathroom and quite comfy bed The Bad: Almost no kitchen appliances or cutlery - 2 tiny spoons and a few glasses and cups. Absolutely no forks, knives or any normal sized plates. The so called fridge is not a fridge at all, it’s more of a drink cooler or a makeup fridge, also extremely dusty. No way of fitting a wine bottle inside btw. There is no possibility to control the heating by yourself, you have to message the owner to turn it on We haven’t used AC, but on the info card it was described as paid, 1€ per hour which is a ridiculous price Dead mosquitoes smushed on the walls weren’t a nice look The most concerning part is moisture/dirt/mold around the windows, please take care of that

Nice small room with terace, good for a short stay. Very clean. The owner was so kind and nice :) Location was good, easy to reach Florence. Nice local restaurants within walking distance It said there is breakfast, but there was nothing, just an empty (and noisy) fridge, which for us was not a problem since we were staying only for one night. The thing we didn’t like is that you have to pay to use aircondition

Only the clean bathroom Although breakfast was included the proprietor of the room had only some industrialised cookies and a couple of tiny tasteless cakes. Not a real breakfast. The bathroom did not included shampoo or shower soap. We were prompted ro use the soap from the hand-soap container. The room was in the ground floor with no sound insulation at all. Not recommended.

Very good

Cute,, clean and well maintained apartment in a small village. It was a good place to stay for 2 nights and visit Florence. Shower head was broken and the breakfast was minimal but that's Italian. Google maps directs to a different location. Contact the property beforehand to ask where to park, because the roads are steep.

It was tough to find a ride to Florence.

A lot of noise from the other rooms, you can't stay quiet in the room at night

Good bed and breakfest type of place (not a hotel!). Breakfast (pastries, crunchy toast bread, jams, coffee, tea and some other) included in price. Good bed, clean and modern one room apartment. Restaurants open until late hours in a walking distance. Staff is very communicative (in Italian only) Getting in may not be so obvious. Fortunately owner is very resposive on booking.com messages, so after couple of minutes trying to figure out how to get inside owner walked out and let us in. There is street parking only and it may happen that one needs to look further down the street to find available spots.

There was nothing to like about the property, it was a one of the strange experiences. The property was also difficult to locate as the address on the google maps points to a completely different location. Location, Breakfast, Bed, Bathroom. Of course expecting a breakfast for 46 euros is not right, but then they should have clearly mentioned how low quality breakfast they offer, not simply offer some cookies and sweets.

There wasn't shampoo or shower gel in the room. Hair dryer provided when we asked.

Very nice hosts, with clean bedroom and a nice, spacious bathroom and a spot to chill on the outside. Despite not having a lot of public transport choices, that gave us the chance to also know Impruneta a little bit more, which we enjoyed greatly.
