AQI Pegasos Royal

We came back here after 4 years and wished we had come back sooner! Gorgeous beach and sea, amazing food, wonderful hospitality, perfect vibe day and night and great evening entertainment. The perfect place to relax and unwind for a week with something for everything or if you want to just do nothing then it's also perfect! We loved it so much that we plan to return next year again. Special shout outs to some exceptional staff at the hotel including Efe on reception desk, Adil in the restaurant and Ricky in the entertainment team who all made our stay extra special. Nothing!

I am visiting with my family this hotel 4 years in a row but nothing improved since only deteriorating. Especially food variety and quality significantly deteriorated. The best part of hotel is it nice beach and sand Food quality

We had such a fantastic stay! There was so much for the kids to do — from the fun slides to the lively kids’ disco — they were entertained from morning to night. The food was excellent, with plenty of variety at the buffet. The kids especially loved having their own separate buffet section and, of course, the daily soft serve ice cream was a big hit! The beach was absolutely beautiful, making it the perfect spot for both relaxing and family fun. On top of it all, the staff were absolutely wonderful — friendly, helpful, and always ready with a smile, which really made the holiday extra special. None

It was amazing and wonderful. A lot of fun. Absolutely delicious and varied food: beaf, sea food, fruits and so on. Very long and clean beach. There are 3 hotels and you can visit all those locations. Lack of a horizontal bar in the gym.

Pool was nice, good slides for kids. Family room was large enough and clean. Food generally decent. Great beach. Tennis courts were a bit cracked, local drinks were a little rough a la carte restaurants were mediocre.

A good hotel for a family rest with children. The entry to the sea is shallow for many meters, the water was warm even for a small child at the end of October/beginning of November. A child can play in sand, there are also football and volleyball and other sports activities available for both: children and adults alike. A restaurant was very good. Offers few days a week various national kitchens too. We got a family with beds for children, with a sea view, it had a balcony. There was even a door inside of a room to separate these rooms. Comfortable for the parents. Would definitely come back to this hotel if wish to spend relax with the family, do not travel outside of the hotel, just enjoy the sea and eating. The drinks are indeed not that great. Average tea, found only one type of coffee in a coffee machine that tasted acceptable for me. Juices are not juices but some soft drinks. Most of alcoholic drinks are poor: for me only beer was fine, could also tolerate rakija with water. As long as you spend the time with children and maybe just take a glass of beer in a hot afternoon, it was enough though. Wish to have better coffee at least. Paid internet. The free connection was fine enough in the lobby. And absolutely not available elsewhere else. It had a positive effect, however : the people eat, talk, and enjoy the sea instead of using phones)) Helped to disconnect. Gym facilities are quite poor. You can make some exercises there, but even a bench press is strangely short and simply inconvenient to take off the weight. I wish the personal pays more attention to the behavior of some guests on the beach. There were different waves of guests from different countries. Overall it was very friendly and quite. However, in one of the last waves were locals without children, rather youth who smoked on the beach in the evenings. In just 2 days the sand was full of cigarette bulls :(

We never ended up staying at Pegasus Royal because it was closing down, first weekend in November, so we end up staying in Pegasus resort. However, from start to finish, the reception staff were wonderful. They went over and beyond to make sure that we were comfortableand help us with any issues that occurred this is definitely five star and I thanked them immensely for having such a wonderful trip. Nothing. It’s absolutely lovely

Great beach front location, safe. Food varied, good and plentiful. High hygiene standard, quick bar service, abundance of swimming pool choice, Friendly efficient staff. No complaints.

Variety of food - daily. Great staff especially Adnan and the rest of the tram at Buddah bar, same with the SPA( Wayan) and reception teams. Overall can't fault hotel staff. Hotel is good, A lot of activities daily ! Please celan lifts!

Perfect location, beautiful beach, lots of water fun and activities for all ages, fresh food, clean, very friendly and helpful staff

The entertainment for young people is not great. They have a nice large disco that serves to three hotels in the complex, but there are merely 10 people. It is not advertised well, most people don't even know about it. They arrange tours to a nightclub called Club Summer Garden, but I only heard it from another visitor, no announcements from animators at all.

Food and staff were polite Old and dated, to big, everything so spread out. To many people and felt chaotic at times. I didn’t feel relaxed within the hotel. The spa was an interesting experience… I kept getting taken to the quiet room and had to wash my own face after a facial which made it feel interrupted.

Breakfast So ? Shower towel is horrible.

Great location, very clean, friendly staff and lots to do. There’s loads to do (Archery with Krystyna is a must). Food is outstanding and varied. Nothing

The staff are amazing the pools are excellent there's food even for the pickiest of eater's the buffet every night is huge! And the special theme food nights are good. This is the the second time we have been and never disappointed.. Special shout out to yusef part of the dinning staff I never had less than half a glass of beer? and that went for the all the family Can't really think of anything

Nothing really! Everything was perfect. They go above and beyond!
