Courtyard by Marriott Cleveland Independence

Initially put in the wrong room when we got there. TV didn't work, drywall in ceiling was cracking. Pool was cold.

The rooms and facilities were clean and secure. We had a quiet stay with no disturbances. The bathtub was in rough shape. It was chipping and someone just painted over the chipped areas. Also, I didnt realize there would be a charge for wifi and parking.

We had three rooms for the family. All were musty. One shower did not work properly. The carpets were sticky. Elevator floor was dirty. They could do better, or they need more staff.

Front desk associate was very helpful with providing more towels and explaining checkout to my daughter. Thanks so much!

Room was big staff was helpful and very polite and parking was plentiful, they had a pool but we didn’t use it but it looked nice and clean

The room was clean and from what I saw the hotel was too. The parking lot had a lot of cigatette butts. The shower was lacking with the water pressure. There was no clock in the room or instructions as to using the wifi. The other occupants were very noisy during the night and in the morning. Very thin walls. Saturday night there was some kind of issue as quite a few police cars came but don't know what that was about. We won't go back there.

The Cafe was excellent. The ow er Eli went out of his way to make our experience great!

The staff in the bistro were constantly having loud conversations or arguments while we were eating breakfast The temperature in the room was always too hot or too cold. There must have been something wrong with the thermostat The remote for the TV was not properly responsive There was poor lighting in the room and very few outlets

The staff were polite and helpful. The property was clean but needs some TLC. Walls are a little thin so we heard lots of kids in the hallways. We didn’t try the cafe downstairs. Served our purposes for a one-night stay.

Great front desk staff. I was a little surprised they only clean rooms every other day-but overall it was clean and nice staff
