Grand Hyatt Indian Wells Resort & Villas

We love the property. We have stayed twice. FYI: what they say is a mini-fridge in the room is actually a beverage cooler. Won’t keep stuff properly cold.

LOVED!

Th hotel was very famiy oriented. The staff was friendly. We stayed because there was the National Finals for dance which was hosted at the Renaissance Hotel right next to the Grand Hyatt Hotel. We were getting shuttle service to the Renaissance Hotel so we didnt have to walk with the 100°F + heat! Now thats service! Food was great, the swiming pool was great. 11/10 stars! Definetly would come back!

Great place to take the family

This is the 4th time staying at this hotel and it is the best hotel in Indian Wells. 5 star service, friendly staff, great food and amenities. I will keep coming here. This hotel never disappoints, I will keep coming to this hotel every time I’m in town.

Rude staff all around but beautiful property. Very disappointed with all interactions of the staff. Will not be back.

Came here to stay for a little vacation for the kids to sue the water slides and lazy river. The lazy river was absolutely disgusting. The water so hazy and slimy and the tubes weren’t maintained. You couldn’t float without empty tubes all over the place. Then the food at the outside area was over priced and seriously disgusting, my mom got the fish tacos that literally looked like frozen fish sticks, the French fries were soaked with grease and cold, the chips looked like they were the last in the bag, broken in tiny pieces. All four meals were not finished and we paid over 130.00. We had hoped room service breakfast would be better but it was not. The fried potatoes were soaked in grease and no seasonings. The bacon was fried burnt. The room was clean but the no extra blankets and no extra towels I stay in five star hotels usually always Marriott. I thought I would change it up since it was just me and the kids. Big mistake! Compared the spa prices to surrounding comparable places and the hotel was almost double so I chose to get my massage and facial elsewhere and they were amazing. So disappointed with this resort! Will not be returning and we visit Palm Springs monthly.

The Pool was fun, but a little disappointing for the hours of the waterpark during the summer.

The hotel was very clean, the room was amazing, clean, fresh and we really did enjoy our stay.

The room was clean and had plenty of space for my kids to hang out. They loved the pool and the food service was excellent!

Great resort to take your family. Our youngest is 11 and oldest 18, they both had a great time. Water slides are fun for all ages. We will be returning to this resort and we highly recommend it.

Our family with girl of 3yr really really enjoyed the stay. Wonderful swimming pool and wonderful resort with very friendly staffs. It was our first time in hyatt but it exceeded my expectation so much. It was dreamy vacation for us and we will definitely be back soon!

Great hotel- pools are amazing- food and drinks at poolside were phenomenal - the man at check in desk was rude but the other two girls were incredible and helpful. I brought my sister this time and she loved it. This is my new summer destination for the last two years.

We had an amazing stay! The staff, food, rooms, and valet service were all excellent. The pools were beautiful, and the water park and lazy river were a huge hit with the family. Everything was clean, well maintained, and designed for a fun and relaxing experience. We can’t wait to come back and highly recommend this resort
