About Indian Wells Resort Hotel
Founded in 1957 by celebrity couple Lucille Ball and Desi Arnaz, this hotel is home to the Indian Wells Country Club, site of the famous Humana Challenge. It offers guests an outdoor swimming pool, and an on-site restaurant. Rooms at the Indian Wells Resort Hotel feature a private balcony or patio and free Wi-Fi. Cable TV and a coffee maker are included. A continental breakfast is served each morning in Indian Wells Live, the resort’s Mediterranean-style restaurant. Guests can also go to the on site bar Indian Wells Live for a light meal or a cocktail. From September- May there is live entertainment several nights of the week. An outdoor pool is open on-site beside Palm Terrace, a restaurant serving cocktails, sandwiches and salads. Palm Terrace also looks out over the 11th green of the country club. First of all, the pool was not available, second the all ways were dirty, the elevator was old, room was dirty, one of the pillows has an spider the other one a hair and carpet had dirt

The lobby and the restaurant were beautiful, the pool was closed there was ants all in the bathroom and the mattress was terrible.

The gym was dirty, the trash was not taken out. There were no paper towels to wipe down the equipment. Housekeeping was another major disappointment. Despite the resort fees, we did not receive daily housekeeping service. Our towels had stains and holes, the trash was only emptied once during our stay, and our towels were exchanged just one time. To make matters worse, the pool never had towels available, and it was closed for the last two days of our stay. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience and nowhere near what I expect from a resort. I would not stay here again and cannot recommend it to others.

The very next morning when I returned from having to go out for breakfast (since that was not included with my $150 deposit) the door to my room would not open. The front desk replaced my key but that didn't help. She just said she doesn't know what to do. I suggested calling maintenance. After about 10 or. 15 min this guy shows up and after a few trys he was able to open the door. This was a 45 minute ordeal. It turned out the battery to the lock was dead. It then took another 3-4 hours to replace the battery because they HAD NONE AT THE HOTEL!!? about 2 hours in to this experience I did go back to the front desk to ask about the progress. (I was now late because the door wouldn't be secure while they are working on it) THEN they offered me another room. No discount no comp extra night not even an apology was offered. This is just stupid! $150 deposit + a couple hundred rooms and they didn't have a battery to the room for on the property. Smh that's crazy. I didn't mention I am disabled and my service dog was on the inside of the locked room!!! 2 thumbs down for this place

This is a beautiful property located right next to the golf course. The accommodations were spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The staff members were friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout my stay. I have stayed here before and always enjoy returning. Each visit has been a pleasant experience, and I look forward to staying here again in the future.

I requested housekeeping service my entire stay and unfortunately, I did not get it. I had to seek out my own towels, but the bed was super comfy and the staff was super helpful! Great value!
