Baymont by Wyndham Indianapolis East

It was right next door to the Fairfield Marriott where we ended up staying It smelled stinky and musty it was dirt. We left immediately.

Disgusting!!!! Left upon seeing rooms! Never cleaned! Stains all over bedding and mattress!

The bathtub was INCREDIBLY slick. There's a grab bar, but no bath mat or anything to give you any sort of traction. If you're not careful, you can easily fall. My husband did. He ended up cracking the bridge of his nose on the toilet after falling in the shower. Be careful!

The staff was nice and you are by a lot of things

The breakfast was good, the attendant was good about refilling when the food was empty. The room and location were perfect for our after the concert stay. We did not like the metal around the bottom of the bed. We kept slamming into it, and heard other rooms hitting it too.

Did everything I needed. Location was rather more remote from downtown than I had expected, even with a bus stop right outside the door. This is, however, a consequence of city planning and not something for which the hotel should be held accountable.

The staff was helpful but the hotel needed maintenance.

We checked out early because we had a terrible experience at this hotel. There was a bad odor in our room and when we realized it was because someone had smoked in the room prior to our arrival and then reported it to the front desk we were told that we had waited too long even though we had been there less than two hours and there is a sign in the lobby saying it's a non-smoking facility. We weren't even offered a remedy for the situation, just asked what we wanted to do. We were told we'd get a refund for one night. We checked out anyway. I would like a full refund.

Exceptional

There were spots of what appeared to be sticky stuff on the non-carpeted hallways and stairwells. The beds were lumpy and too soft. The smoke alarm in my hotel room went off at 2 AM and the red light in the alarm started blinking. The maintenance department had to replace the smoke alarm in the middle of the night.

The staff was very rude and mean the room was not clean the toilet would not flush . The staff was walking around with no shirts on underwear was showing ! The lady at check in was very rude like I did not belong there. The pool also was dirty
