The room was not clean. Entering the hotel, you could hardly get into the door because it was broken. What they sold online was not what I seen when I was going to check in. There was no staff at the check in counter and a few people were checking out because the rooms were so dirty. We decided not to stay at the hotel and ended up biking elsewhere.

We had a one-night stay at The Fontana Hotel. Relative clean throughout, but the floors could use a good cleaning. Found the TV remote sticky also. Breakfast was basic with no hot items.

Staff was friendly. Room was fairly maintained. Bed(ding) was comfortable. Small things I encountered were the shower head being slightly unclean and the water pressure in the toilet being rather low. Yet, everything else was functional. Only other drawback was the room did not have a microwave, so you would have to go to the main area of the building to heat up any food. The only concessions were also located at the main desk. There are no soda or vending machines on any given floor. Hotel offers 24/7 patoling security. Also offers access to an bar and jacuzzi in the adjacent building connected to the other hotel on the property. Breakfast was standard fare. Location is close to restaurants and shopping (Walgreens, Aldi's, Dollar Tree.) Overall a solid experience for the stay.

Check in and check out ran smoothly. The breakfast is appreciated with the stay, however there weren't any meat options and more flavors of tea could be provided.

We booked a king size bed, but got two queens instead. They only have one king size bed in the hotel! 😑 Next time I’ll book in the downtown area!

The room was very clean and in order. The shower was great, as we had a wheelchair-accessible room. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Air conditioning worked great. Finding the location can be a bit tricky because the entrance is located on the back end or away from the street side.
