Convenient stay on my trip

Good place to lay your head when traveling. Clean and Comfortable.

Passable

I was extremely disappointed in this accommodation. I chose it as I expected a high standard because of my previous stays with red roof, was hoping this could be a trusted standard. The reception from the man on my arrival at check in was at best curt. The room smelt strongly of smoke which was ironic as I was warned about not smoking and had to sign a disclaimer on arrival to that effect. The bed was uncomfortable There was soap and shower gel on day one along with towels. These were not replaced over the whole 4 day stay. There were no replenishments of the soap or shower gel, I had to ask for them. There were no coffee was decaffeinated and also wasn’t replenished. When I asked for coffee supplies I was told decaffeinated was the only option. Reception was hardly ever open or manned. The bed linens were clean but the floor was filthy. The windows were filthy and hadn’t been cleaned for some time but there were no net curtains and the rooms are overlooking another hotel so the curtains had to be closed all the time. I am extremely disappointed this motel has the name red roof as it is letting the brand down and not representative of what I have come to expect from red roof. I will never stay there again and won’t stay with a red roof property as I can’t trust it will be up to my standards. After 3 of the 4 nights I had booked I moved to another hotel at considerable cost as I couldn’t bare another night there. I tried checking out but no one came to reception when I called the bell so I just left my key. I did not ask for a refund for the night I didn’t stay, but I do think as a minimum good will gesture that could be reimbursed.

Rooms tired, location not great. One night a group of men sat outside the room until midnight drinking - no apparent staff presence. Eventually we found a room next door in the Marriott and moved our for our last night.

Bad

It was cheap-sih. Bugs in the room, stains on the towels, doorknob busted, dirty bedsheets, unswept and unmopped floors, doors slamming at all hours of the night, people looking into my vehicle. I stayed here because it was cheap, booked 2 nights but left a day early. This place is run down pretty bad. The AC is so loud! It's a window unit they put on the ground. The lady at the front was indifferent. The location is clearly sketchy. The outside of the hotel is pretty run down.

It was decent but very expensive I paid 160$ per night that was not worth it

Location Blood on the wall whole room filthy I ask for cleaning she property management said she will clean up when we leave but I had just got there I caught a Uber bought supplies cleaned the room my self ask her for a mop she said she didn't have time she had to many room I never got my room service not one time she was extremely disgusting disrespectful and honory

Everything it was a ugly dirty criminal infested hotel

Blood on the walls I ask for cleaning no one ever came I had to clean myself I was told cleaning after check out and no one came then I booked for two rooms today and was told I had to leave

N/a The staff was not the friendliest. The room was not clean. The drawers were full of crumbs. There was a lot of noise outside.

Room was clean and also smelled clean. Hotel and room very dated. Curtains missing hooks and just hanging. One the the bed mattresses was absolutely terrible, like is was deflated or damaged in the middle.

Quiet clean and friendly no complaints. I took a chance saw bad reviews and it was the opposite. There was no coffee but it cool.

Canceled my reservation. Woman at front desk was rude. Haven't received my money . No need to show photos we didn't stay at this facility. Please refund my money. Everything
