Clarion Inn & Suites Indianapolis Northwest

The room was fine, but a little overpriced for what it was. I know that hotels take advantage and bump their rates for events, however 500+ for 2 nights for what they had was not good value. For 500.00 I expected more.

The hotel was fine in itself. More upset that I booked a room for two queen beds and got one queen and a pull out sofa. The hotel staff was nice. Parking was easy with lots of spaces. We didn’t eat the breakfast offered so cannot comment on that.

Thr room was dirty!!

Staff friendly. Room very clean.

The room/hallways are dirty (carpet; bathrooms); and the building is in disrepair.

Room was clean and quiet beds were comfortable but weird odors in the room and in the building and the breakfast was boring

The room was kind of clean, the chair at the desk was old and worn through the fo leather, there was no body soap, lights flickered, walls thin (could hear neighbor coughing all night). It was a $50.00 room for $120.00. Bed was made, bed was comfortable. Breakfast was not good, nothing fresh except waffles you made on your own.

We were stucked in a room fierce storm and needed a place to stay for the night. Booking online was easy. We arrived at 1am. When we got to the room it smelled like dog and cat pissed. There was mold all over the bathroom. My son started to sniff and cough while trying to sleep. When we woke up in the morning to take showers we realized there were no bathroom towels, none. Also, the entire ceiling was ripped open so you can see the vents and installation. Probably the worst hotel in the country. I expected better from the Choice Hotel brand.

The property location was conveniently located to visit downtown Indianapolis and the price was fair. The property was not clean on either the interior nor exterior. The arm chair was stained. Our bathroom had dirty baseboards and bugs. The bedroom was missing 3/4 of an outlet cover, which could pose an electrical shock, obviously a safety concern. The TV remote did not work properly and had no battery cover. The carpeting in our room was damp. Outdoor garbage was overflowing by a sitting area and garbage littered the parking lot near the main entrance.

Man was knocking on my door (women with children ) @130am went to front desk the man didn’t have a room there I don’t suggest for families especially women with children ! Rooms smelled like feet

The property was a little outdated, but nothing wrong with it. There are restaurant options and a Starbucks very close!

When we arrived it looked like an older hotel which is fine, but when we walked into the lobby and the rooms we rented for the night it was apparent that the hotel had minimal upkeep. Our room smelled musty, and the other room smelled like an ashtray. One stay and done and learned what “good” means on the rating scale for Expedia.

Check in was horrible. They said that they have problems with booking through expedia, saying that the digital card they sent them would not clear for the room and they said its always haooens with expedia bookings. I have never had that problem with any of my previous expedia bookings so not sure if its just a problem with the hotel system or not. They made me cancel my expedia booking and rebook through them. Next is the room. There was a hole in the ceilings, and wall. The smoke detector was hanging from its wires off the cieling. The shower rod was hanging off the wall and about to fall. My last day there i stepped on a freaking beetle on the floor. This hotel needs proper pest control, and a face lift. This should be a 2 star hotel not a 3 star. If you have kids DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL. IT IS NIT KID SAFE.

Clarion Inn and Suites (the hotel) was good overall. Its location was good for us. The room rate was reasonable. However, the tower rack was broken. The bathroom exhaust fan was not working, and there was no hair dryer.
