Room was clean, staff was friendly, I didn't partake in the breakfast, and the air conditioning was perfect. Not a fan of paying for parking at a hotel though. It wasn't very much, but still seems a bit greedy.

Comfortable room and facilities, friendly staff, great location- I felt safe venturing out with my kids. Pool was warm and a much needed break. Our visit coincided with softball and little league tournaments, so there were a lot of young adults enjoying their stay. They were a little rowdy and poorly attended in the pool areas which impacted the smaller kids being able to enjoy the water without being splashed and tossed about by the cannonballs and horseplay. The parents were not attending to supervision- but that was not facilities fault.

This was a very nice hotel for the money. Everything was clean, working and comfortable. I will stay again when in the area.

Breakfast- yogurt cups were just a bowl without ice and was warm. Scones were good. Coffee was not hot, just warm. Not a top Hilton property!!!

Great service Bed was old and not very comfortable.

Bathroom toilet would not flush so they moved us then tv in New room was toddler size and then moved us back to same room. Keys was deactivating on their own, the pool would not let nobody key work staff seemed not concerned at all about the problems, no nothing all they kept saying is we should not have went through a third party like hotels.com, they are the people to contact not them. Oh by the way parking is not free as you are a guest you have to still pay, as a guest please don't put yourself through what I went through, go over to bestwestern plus.

The room was clean, AC worked AMAZING (hottest week of the year so far and it stayed cold in our room the entire time - just like we wanted it to.) Breakfast was good with a good selection. No issues.
