Helpful staff, would stay again

I love this hotel for how close it was to walk to a concert. The rooms were clean. The staff was very helpful. Overall, it was an excellent day. I would definitely stay there again.

Booked an ADA room. Very spacious. Not sure if request was granted to remove base around bed in order to use a lift, but I was able to use lift i brought to go under the bed. That was such a helpful relief. Maid service is not daily, we were able to request any items needed though, sheets, towels, etc. Was not aware of daily parking fee. $40/ day. Overall very pleased with the ada room.

Parking garage attached to the hotel was easily accessible. Signage to get to the hotel was very clear, when checking in, our staff was very nice and professional. We actually received a free parking pass as well which was entirely unexpected! Once we got to our room, it actually smelled clean instead of that smoke smell in a non smoking room. Had a great view of victory field on the 14th floor. While a tad farther than smack dab downtown, it was an easy maybe extra 5 minute walk to everything. 10/10 would stay again.

Enjoyed our stay. Easy check in and check out . Valet was quick too!

The only thing I would say negative is that there is only mirrors to get ready in the bathroom. I wish there was one in the room. Other than that. Everything was very clean. Everything was stocked. The staff was super kind and helpful.

It was all good except for breakfast. For some reason Marriott feels that you should pay for breakfast maybe because you're staying at a higher end hotel. The lesser costly hotel connected via an internal walkway had breakfast included and it looked like a great breakfast offering. The breakfast I would of had to pay for had a meager offering at an expensive price.

Parking should be included as a package deal for less the a 40 dollar add on should be part of the more expensive rooms.

Nothing specific, we liked the location, across the street from the museum we were going to.
