Dust in the world. Shower was not clean, and the glass door was not clean.

Either the hotel or Expedia oversold the rooms. Showed up and they had no rooms available. 4 people in the same situation.

TV remote process not great I used the valet parking Vernon was a great guy to work with on parking. This was destroyed not by him but whoever used my keys overnight and ransacked my car interior stole approximately $ 20 in quarters as well as a jacket Greatest amenity it's only a couple of blocks from where the Fever play and less than a mile from Lucas stadium

Great access to Bainbridge. Self parking was close by. The room was ok but faced a brick wall out the dirty windows. For over $300 it’s ok because of the location.

Fantastic location to Gainbridge Fieldhouse. Clean and comfortable. Elevators were a little slow but not enough to overshadow the positives of the facility.

Breakfast was very good & plenty to choose from. The only thing that wasn’t great was the view of a brick wall, didn’t realize when booking the room.

I like everything about my stay, and the price was great too!

Close to the venue. Positive experience with staff. There was quite a bit of street noise on the backside of the building, which made it difficult to rest well. We’ve stayed in the downtown area before so we are used to general street noise, this was more than that. The noise seemed to “funnel” into the back alleyway.
